The present invention increases light extraction efficiency and simplifies a production step. The present invention is provided with: a first electrode that reflects incident light; a second electrode that transmits incident light; an organic light-emitting layer that radiates light at corresponding colors among R, G, and B; a first functional layer disposed between the first electrode and the organic light-emitting layer; and a second functional layer disposed between the second electrode and the organic light-emitting layer. At each R, G, and B color, the thickness of the first functional layer is the same, the optical distance from the organic light-emitting layer to the first electrode is the same, the thickness of the second functional layer is the same, the optical distance from the organic light-emitting layer to the second electrode is the same, and the thickness of the organic light-emitting layer differs.

Cette invention permet d'accroître l'efficacité d'une extraction lumineuse et de simplifier une étape de production. L'invention comprend une première électrode qui réfléchit la lumière incidente; une deuxième électrode qui transmet la lumière incidente; une couche électroluminescente organique qui émet de la lumière selon des couleurs correspondantes parmi R, V et B; une première couche fonctionnelle qui est disposée entre la première électrode et la couche électroluminescente organique; et une deuxième couche fonctionnelle qui est disposée entre la deuxième électrode et la couche électroluminescente organique. Pour chacune des couleurs R, V et B, l'épaisseur de la première couche fonctionnelle est identique, la distance optique entre la couche électroluminescente organique et la première électrode est identique, l'épaisseur de la deuxième couche fonctionnelle est identique, la distance optique entre la couche électroluminescente organique et la deuxième électrode est identique, et l'épaisseur de la couche électroluminescente organique est différente.
