Verfahren zum Auffinden einer optischen Kennzeichnung (54, 56) auf einer ein Reagenz (34) enthaltenden zylindrischen Laboranalyse - Küvette (12), die in einen eine Küvettendrehvorrichtung aufweisenden vertikalen Küvettenschacht eines Laboranalysegerätes eingesetzt ist, wobei dem Küvettenschacht eine Digitalkamera mit einer axialen Auflösung von mehr als 10 Zeilen zugeordnet ist, und wobei die Küvette (12) in fester geometrischer Zuordnung zu der Kennzeichnung (54, 56) einen axialen Lokalisierungsbalken (50) mit einer festen Balkenbreite aufweist. Das Verfahren umfasst folgende Verfahrensschritte: Einlesen von mindestens vier jeweils nicht aneinandergrenzenden Zeilen der Digitalkamera, Suchen der Kennzeichnung: wenn mindestens drei zueinander benachbarte Einlese - Zeilen annähernd axial übereinander liegende Reflektionssignale des Lokalisierungsbalkens (50) in der Balkenbreite aufweisen: Drehen der Küvette (12) um einen der geometrischen Zuordnung entsprechenden Winkel α, β derart, dass die Kennzeichnung (54,56) mit der Digitalkamera ausgerichtet ist, und Einlesen der Kennzeichnung (54,56) durch Auslesen mehrerer aneinandergrenzender Zeilen der Zeilenkamera.

The invention relates to a method for locating an optical identification (54, 56) on a cylindrical laboratory analysis cuvette (12) containing a reagent (34). The cuvette is inserted in a vertical cuvette shaft of a laboratory analysis apparatus having a cuvette-rotating device, wherein a digital camera having an axial resolution of more than 10 lines is associated with the cuvette shaft, and wherein in fixed geometric association with the identification (54, 56) the cuvette (12) comprises an axial locating bar (50) of fixed bar width. The method comprises the following method steps: reading in at least four non-contiguous lines of the digital camera, searching for the identification: if at least three adjacent read-in lines comprise approximately axially superimposed reflection signals of the locating bar (50) in the bar width: rotating the cuvette (12) about an angle α, β corresponding to the geometric arrangement in such a manner that the identification (54, 56) is aligned with the digital camera, and reading in the identification (54, 56) by reading out a plurality of contiguous lines of the line camera.

L'invention concerne un procédé de localisation d'un marquage optique (54, 56) sur une cuvette cylindrique d'analyse de laboratoire (12) contenant un réactif (34) et disposée dans un puits vertical de cuvette d'un appareil d'analyse de laboratoire qui présente un dispositif de rotation de la cuvette. Le puits de cuvette est associé à une caméra numérique ayant une résolution axiale de plus de 10 lignes. La cuvette (12) possède, disposée dans une relation géométrique fixe avec le marquage (54, 56), une barre de localisation axiale (50) offrant une largeur de barre fixe. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : lecture d'au moins quatre lignes non juxtaposées de la caméra numérique ; recherche du marquage : si au moins trois lignes de lecture qui se suivent présentent des signaux de réflexion sensiblement superposés dans la direction axiale de la barre de localisation (50) sur la largeur de la barre, rotation de la cuvette (12) d'un angle correspond α, β correspondant à la relation géométrique, afin que le marquage (54, 56) soit aligné avec la caméra numérique ; et lecture du marquage (54, 56) par la lecture de plusieurs lignes juxtaposées de la caméra à balayage linéaire.
