Disclosed is a offline saved game system, comprising a client end and a server end, wherein a management server in the server end receives a request of the client end for uploading or downloading a game progress save, stores an uploaded game progress save to a game progress storage server, or sends a game progress save corresponding to the request for downloading in the game progress storage server to the client end. Further disclosed is a game progress save method of an offline saved game, wherein a progress save of the offline saved game is uploaded to a server, or a game progress save is downloaded from the server and the offline saved game is played according to the progress save. A user may play the offline saved game on different computers by using a game progress of the same offline saved game, and a cloud storage technology is adopted, so the load of the server is reduced and the manner of managing save files in the server has the strong disaster tolerance capability, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the server.
