The present invention discloses an inner core, an interface and a manufacture method for a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface. The inner core for the USB interface includes: a metal reed part and a reed seat, wherein the metal reed part includes: an end and multiple metal reeds, wherein the multiple metal reeds are fixed on the end in sequence; and the reed seat includes a fixing part, which is used for fixing the metal reed part on the reed seat. The present invention solves the problem in the USB interface production in related technologies, thereby reducing the scrap rate in the production process for the USB interface.

L'invention concerne un noyau interne, une interface et un procédé de fabrication pour une interface de bus série universel (USB). Le noyau interne de l'interface USB comprend : une partie peignes métalliques et un siège de peignes, ladite partie peignes métalliques comprenant : une extrémité et de multiples peignes métalliques, les multiples peignes métalliques étant fixés séquentiellement sur l'extrémité ; ledit siège de peigne comprend une partie de fixation qui est utilisée afin de fixer la partie peignes métalliques sur le siège de peignes. Cette invention permet de résoudre le problème de la production d'interfaces USB dans le domaine pertinent, et permet ainsi de réduire le taux de rebutage dans le processus de production d'interface USB.

本发明公开了USB接口的内芯、接口及制造方法,该USB接口的内芯包括:金属簧片部分和簧片座,其中,金属簧片部分包括:端部和多个金属簧片,其中,多个金属簧片依次固定在端部上;簧片座包括:固定部分,用于将金属簧片部分固定在簧片座上。通过本发明解决了相关技术中USB接口生产中存在的问题,进而降低了USB接口在生产的过程中报废率。
