A sealing device for slot-type vacuum glass is provided with a slot (11) through which a glass sheet to be sealed passes, inductive heating coils (14) are arranged around the slot, and the circumference of the glass sheet to be sealed is gradually hermetically sealed through metal brazing process as the glass sheet to be sealed passes through the slot via conveyor rollers (13). The device is further provided with a casing (10-1) and press wheels or rollers (15), and the slot extends through the casing, the inductive heating coils are arranged inside the casing around the slot, the press wheels or rollers (15) are set in the casing. The device is only required to be arranged in the middle of conveyor rollers in order to ensure that the glass sheet can pass through the slot, thereby simplifying equipment and sealing process, enhancing sealing efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de scellement pour un verre à vide de type à fente qui est pourvu d'une fente (11) à travers laquelle une feuille de verre à sceller passe, des bobines chauffantes inductrices (14) sont agencées autour de la fente, et la circonférence de la feuille de verre à sceller est progressivement scellée hermétiquement par un procédé de brasage métallique au fur et à mesure que la feuille de verre à sceller traverse la fente via des rouleaux de transport (13). Le dispositif est en outre pourvu d'un boîtier (10-1) et de roues ou rouleaux de presse (15), et la fente s'étend à travers le boîtier, les bobines chauffantes inductrices sont agencées à l'intérieur du boîtier autour de la fente, les roues ou rouleaux de presse (15) sont installés dans le boîtier. Le dispositif doit uniquement être agencé au milieu de rouleaux de transport afin d'assurer que la feuille de verre puisse traverser la fente, de manière à simplifier l'équipement et le procédé de scellement, de manière à améliorer l'efficacité de scellement.
