The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gas barrier film exhibiting excellent gas barrier performance, bending tolerance, and cutting process suitability, and a manufacturing method for the gas barrier film. The present invention relates to a gas barrier film and a manufacturing method for the gas barrier film characterised by a polysilazane-containing fluid being coated on a first barrier layer of a substrate to form a polysilazane layer, said substrate having a coefficient of thermal expansion of 1-50×10-6/°C, and having the first barrier layer formed on at least one surface thereof by chemical vapour deposition, whereafter a second barrier layer is formed by converting the polysilazane layer into a ceramic using vacuum ultraviolet light, or the second barrier layer is formed by applying and drying a silica-containing fluid for forming a sol-gel coating layer.

L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un film barrière contre les gaz présentant une excellente performance de barrière contre les gaz et une excellente tolérance à la flexion et adapté au procédé de coupe, et un procédé de fabrication pour le film barrière contre les gaz. La présente invention concerne un film barrière contre les gaz et un procédé de fabrication pour le film barrière contre les gaz caractérisé en ce qu'un fluide contenant des polysilazanes est revêtu sur une première couche barrière d'un substrat pour former une couche de polysilazanes, ledit substrat présentant un coefficient de dilatation thermique de 1-50×10-6/°C et comprenant la première couche barrière formée sur au moins une surface de celui-ci par dépôt chimique en phase vapeur, après quoi une seconde couche barrière est formée en convertissant la couche de polysilazanes en céramique au moyen d'un rayonnement ultraviolet sous vide, ou la seconde couche barrière est formée par application et séchage d'un fluide contenant de la silice afin de former une couche de revêtement sol-gel.

本発明は、高いガスバリア性能、折り曲げ耐性、断裁加工適性に優れたガスバリア性フィルムとその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、熱膨張率が1~50×10-6/℃である基材の少なくとも一方の面側に蒸着法で形成された第1のバリア層を有する基材の該第1のバリア層上に、ポリシラザン含有液を塗布してポリシラザン層を形成した後、該ポリシラザン層を真空紫外光によりセラミック化して第2のバリア層を形成する、又は、ゾルゲルコート層形成用シリカ含有液を塗布し、乾燥後、第2のバリア層を形成することを特徴とするガスバリア性フィルムの製造方法及び前記方法で製造されるガスバリア性フィルムに関する。
