Disclosed is a laminated heat exchanger wherein deterioration of sealing performance of a sealing portion of inlet and outlet header sections due to deformation of the sealing portion can be eliminated, said deformation being generated at the time of having a PTC heater in close contact between flat heat exchanging tubes by sandwiching and pressing the PTC heater between the tubes. A heat medium heating apparatus using the laminated heat exchanger, and an in-vehicle air-conditioning apparatus using the laminated heat exchanger are also disclosed. A laminated heat exchanger (18) is provided with: flat heat exchanging tubes (17), each of which is configured by bonding two molded plates (17A, 17B) that are respectively provided with outlet and inlet header sections (22, 23) on both the ends of a flat tube section; and a heat exchanger pressing member (16), which presses and brings the flat heat exchanging tubes (17) to be in close contact with each other, said flat heat exchanging tubes being laminated such that the inlet and outlet header sections (22, 23) communicate with each other through communicating holes (24, 25). With respect to the inlet and outlet header sections (22, 23), at least one of the input position (P1) of a pressing force applied by means of the heat exchanger pressing member (16), a position (P2) where the pressing force is transmitted to the bonding portion of the two molded plates, and a position (P3) where the pressing force is transmitted to the sealing portion between the inlet and outlet header sections is set at a position not on the same line (L) in the pressing force direction.

L'invention porte sur un échangeur de chaleur stratifié, dans lequel échangeur une détérioration des performances d'étanchéité d'une partie d'étanchéité de sections de collecteur d'entrée et de sortie due à une déformation de la partie d'étanchéité peut être éliminée, ladite déformation étant générée au moment où l'on a un élément chauffant à coefficient de température positif en contact étroit entre des tubes d'échange de chaleur plats par la prise en sandwich et le pressage de l'élément chauffant à coefficient de température positif entre les tubes. L'invention porte également sur un appareil de chauffage à milieu de chaleur utilisant l'échangeur de chaleur stratifié, et sur un appareil de climatisation dans un véhicule utilisant l'échangeur de chaleur stratifié. Un échangeur de chaleur stratifié (18) comporte : des tubes d'échange de chaleur plats (17), dont chacun est configuré par la liaison de deux plaques moulées (17A, 17B) qui comportent respectivement des sections de collecteur de sortie et d'entrée (22, 23) sur les deux extrémités d'une section de tube plate ; et un élément de pressage d'échangeur de chaleur (16), qui presse les tubes d'échange de chaleur plats (17) et qui les amène à être en contact étroit entre eux, lesdits tubes d'échange de chaleur plats étant stratifiés, de sorte que les sections de collecteur d'entrée et de sortie (22, 23) communiquent entre elles par l'intermédiaire de trous de communication (24, 25). Vis-à-vis des sections de collecteur d'entrée et de sortie (22, 23), au moins l'une de la position d'entrée (P1) d'une force de pression appliquée à l'aide de l'élément de pression d'échangeur de chaleur (16), d'une position (P2) où la force de pression est transmise à la partie de liaison des deux plaques moulées, et d'une position (P3) où la force de pression est transmise à la partie d'étanchéité entre les sections de collecteur d'entrée et de sortie est établie dans une position qui n'est pas sur la même ligne (L) dans la direction de force de pression.

 扁平熱交チューブ間にPTCヒータを挟み押圧して密接させる際の出入口ヘッダ部のシール部分の変形によるシール性の低下を防止できる積層型熱交換器、それを用いた熱媒体加熱装置および車両用空調装置を提供する。扁平チューブ部の両端に出入口ヘッダ部(22,23)が設けられている2枚の成形プレート(17A,17B)を接合して構成される扁平熱交チューブ(17)と、出入口ヘッダ部(22,23)が連通穴(24,25)を介して互いに連通されるように積層された扁平熱交チューブ(17)を押圧して密着させる熱交押え部材(16)と、を備えた積層型熱交換器(18)にあって、出入口ヘッダ部(22,23)に対して、熱交押え部材(16)による押圧力の入力位置(P1)と、該押圧力が2枚の成形プレートの接合部分に伝わる位置(P2)と、押圧力が出入口ヘッダ部間のシール部分に伝わる位置(P3)との少なくとも1つが、押圧力方向の同一線(L)上から外れた位置に設定されている。
