Abstract

Provided is a powder classifying device capable of classifying fine particles with high processing ability. Air is sucked from each powder classifier by means of the suction blower of a fine powder collection unit, and compressed gas is supplied from a compressed gas supply source to the powder classifier. The powder is supplied and distributed to the powder classifiers from the powder supply source through a powder distributor, and the powder is classified by the powder classifiers. Fine powder which is discharged from the fine powder discharge openings of the powder classifiers is captured by a capturer after passing through fine powder discharge pipes and a combined pipe. Coarse powder having particle sizes greater than a classification point is discharged to a collection container from the coarse powder discharge openings of the powder classifiers through a damper device. The flow rate of the compressed gas supplied to each of the powder classifiers is controlled, on the basis of a detection signal from the pressure sensors corresponding to the powder classifiers, by a control unit so that the pressure loss in each of the powder classifiers is equal to each other.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de classification de poudre, lequel dispositif est apte à classifier de fines particules avec une aptitude de traitement élevée.
