In einem chemischen Reaktor zur heterogen katalysierten Umsetzung eines Fluids, umfassend eine vom Fluid durchströmte Halteeinrichtung für Katalysator- und/oder inerte Partikel (80, 100), umfasst die in Strömungsrichtung des Fluids gesehen stromaufwärts gelegene Seite der Halteeinrichtung Drahtgestrick-Maschenware (50), und die durchschnittliche lichte Maschenweite des Drahtgestricks (50) ist kleiner als die mittlere Partikelgröße x50,3 der Partikel (80, 100). Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Umsetzung eines Fluids, wobei die Umsetzung in einem erfindungsgemäßen Reaktor in Gegenwart von heterogenen Katalysatorpartikeln (80) durchgeführt wird und die Katalysatorpartikel (80) in der Halteeinrichtung für Katalysatorpartikel (80) angeordnet sind. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Verwendung von Drahtgestrick-Maschenware (50) als Halteeinrichtung für Katalysator- und/oder inerte Partikel (80, 100) in chemischen Reaktoren.

The invention relates to a chemical reactor for heterogeneously catalyzed conversion of a fluid, comprising a retaining device for catalyst and/or inert particles (80, 100), through which the fluid flows, wherein the upstream side of the retaining device as seen in the flow direction of the fluid comprises a woven wire mesh product (50), and the average mesh opening size of the woven wire (50) is smaller than the average particle size x50,3 of the particles (80, 100). The invention further relates to a method for converting a fluid, wherein the conversion takes place in a reactor according to the invention in the presence of heterogeneous catalyst particles (80) and the catalyst particles (80) are disposed in the retaining device for catalyst particles (80). A further object of the invention is the use of woven wire mesh product (50) as a retaining device for catalyst and/or inert particles (80, 100) in chemical reactors.

L'invention concerne un réacteur chimique pour la transformation catalytique hétérogène d'un fluide, comportant un dispositif de retenue traversé par le fluide pour des particules de catalyseur et/ou inertes (80, 100). Dans un tel réacteur chimique, le côté du dispositif de retenue se trouvant, vu dans la direction d'écoulement du fluide, en amont, comporte une matière à mailles en fil tricoté (50), et l'ouverture de maille moyenne du fil tricoté (50) est inférieure à la taille particulaire moyenne x50,3 des particules (80, 100). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour la transformation d'un fluide, la transformation étant conduite dans un réacteur selon l'invention en présence de particules de catalyseur hétérogène (80), et les particules de catalyseur (80) étant disposées dans le dispositif de retenue pour particules de catalyseur (80). Un autre objet de l'invention est l'utilisation de matière à mailles en fil tricoté (50) comme dispositif de retenue pour particules de catalyseur et/ou inertes (80, 100) dans des réacteurs chimiques.
