System (2) zur Bremskreisausfallerkennung in einem Bremssystem mit zumindest einem Bremselement, aufweisend mindestens einen hydraulischen Bremskreislauf (4), eingerichtet zur Aktivierung zumindest eines Bremselementes (6), ein Drucksensorelement (8), eingerichtet zum Detektieren eines aktuellen Ist-Drucks im Bremskreislauf, einen Bremssignalgeber (10) und ein Positionssensorelement (14), eingerichtet, ein Positionssignal des Bremssignalgebers zu bestimmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aufgrund des Positionssignals ein aktueller Soll-Druck im Bremskreislauf bestimmbar und durch Vergleich des aktuellen Ist-Drucks mit dem aktuellen Soll-Druck ein Ausfall des Bremskreislaufes detektierbar ist.

The invention relates to a system (2) for detecting a brake circuit failure in a brake system having at least one brake element, said system comprising at least one hydraulic brake circuit (4), configured for activating at least one brake element (6), a pressure sensor element (8), configured to detect a current actual pressure in the brake circuit, a brake signal sensor (10) and a position sensor element (14), configured to determine a position signal of the brake signal sensor. The system is characterized in that a current nominal pressure in the brake circuit can be determined based on the position signal and a brake circuit failure can be detected by comparing the current actual pressure with the current nominal pressure.

Système (2) servant à détecter une panne de circuit de freinage dans un système de freinage doté d'au moins un élément de freinage, présentant au moins un circuit de freinage hydraulique (4) conçu pour activer au moins un élément de freinage (6), un élément capteur de pression (8) conçu pour détecter une pression réelle instantanée dans le circuit de freinage, un générateur de signaux de freinage (10) et un élément capteur de position (14) conçu pour déterminer un signal de position du générateur de signaux de freinage. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'une pression de consigne instantanée peut être déterminée dans le circuit de freinage sur la base du signal de position et une panne du circuit de freinage peut être détectée par comparaison de la pression réelle instantanée avec la pression de consigne instantanée.
