Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt einen Kühlkanalkolben (1) für Brennkraftmaschinen bereit. Der Kühlkanalkolben weist einen Kolbengrundkörper (2) auf, der mit einem Belagteil (3) verbunden ist, das einem zugeordneten Brennraum zugewandt ist. Dabei bildet das Belagteil (3) vollständig die dem Brennraum zugewandte Kolbenoberfläche (4) des Kühlkanalkolbens (1). In der dem Brennraum zugewandten Oberfläche des Kolbengrundkörpers (2) ist eine umlaufende Vertiefung (5) vorgesehen, wobei das Belagteil (3) zumindest mit der dem Brennraum zugewandten Oberfläche des Kolbengrundkörpers (2) eine feste Verbindung bereitstellt und dabei die umlaufende Vertiefung (5) überbrückt, so dass die umlaufende Vertiefung (5) mit dem diese überbrückenden Belagteil (3) einen Kühlkanal (6) bildet.

The present invention provides a cooling duct piston (1) for internal combustion engines. The cooling duct piston has a piston basic body (2) which is connected to a lining part (3) which faces towards an associated combustion chamber. Here, the lining part (3) forms the entirety of the piston surface (4), which faces towards the combustion chamber, of the cooling duct piston (1). An encircling depression (5) is provided in that surface of the piston basic body (2) which faces towards the combustion chamber, wherein the lining part (3) provides a fixed connection at least to that surface of the piston basic body (2) which faces towards the combustion chamber, and in so doing bridges the encircling depression (5), such that a cooling duct (6) is formed by the encircling depression (5) together with the lining part (3) which bridges said depression.

L'invention concerne un piston à canal de refroidissement (1) pour moteurs à combustion interne. Le piston à canal de refroidissement comporte un corps de base de piston (2) relié à un élément formant garniture (3) tourné vers une chambre de combustion associée. L'élément formant garniture (3) forme entièrement la surface (4) du piston à canal de refroidissement (1) tournée vers la chambre de combustion. Un évidement (5) périphérique est ménagé dans la surface du corps de base de piston (2) tournée vers la chambre de combustion, l'élément formant garniture (3) permettant d'obtenir un assemblage solide au moins avec la surface du corps de base de piston (2) tournée vers la chambre de combustion et couvrant dans ce cadre l'évidement (5) périphérique, de telle sorte que l'évidement (5) périphérique forme un canal de refroidissement (6) avec l'élément formant garniture (3) couvrant ledit évidement.
