An anti-mixing diaphragm valve is provided with a valve body (1) therein, wherein a valve seat (12) is formed at the boundary between a first fluid passage (111) and a second fluid passage (112) within the valve body; the valve seat is coupled to a diaphragm (5) connected to a driving shaft (4) of a driving mechanism (3), causing the first fluid passage and the second fluid passage to be opened and closed thereby. On the valve seat a containing groove (123) is provided on the end face toward the diaphragm seat, so that when the valve seat and the diaphragm are closed, the containing groove and the diaphragm form a seal fit and constitute a tightly sealed valve auxiliary chamber, wherein a sterilization auxiliary valve (6) and an air evacuation auxiliary valve (7) are also provided on the valve body, with the sterilization auxiliary valve and the air evacuation auxiliary valve being provided respectively on the valve body where the valve auxiliary chamber is located and constituting a passage for communicating the valve auxiliary chamber and the exterior space of the valve body. Two switches enabling the valve chamber to be passed through are respectively formed by a left plate (121) and a right plate (122) of the valve seat and the diaphragm. If there is a leakage in the seal fit, the materials within the ducts will enter the containing groove first and then flow out from the normally-open air evacuation auxiliary valve, such that the anti-mixing diaphragm valve can be monitored and maintained in time, and unnecessary losses can be avoided.

L'invention concerne un robinet à membrane anti-mélange comprenant un corps de robinet (1), dans lequel un siège de robinet (12) est formé à la limite entre un premier passage de fluide (111) et un deuxième passage de fluide (112) dans le corps du robinet ; le siège de robinet est accouplé à une membrane (5) raccordée à un arbre d'entraînement (4) d'un mécanisme d'entraînement (3) provoquant l'ouverture et la fermeture du premier passage de fluide et du deuxième passage de fluide. Une rainure de rétention (123) est située sur le siège de robinet sur la face frontale vers le siège de membrane, de sorte que lorsque le siège de robinet et la membrane sont fermés, la rainure de rétention et la membrane forment un ajustement étanche et constituent une chambre auxiliaire de robinet bien fermée, un robinet auxiliaire de stérilisation (6) et un robinet auxiliaire d'évacuation d'air (7) étant aussi situés sur le corps du robinet, le robinet auxiliaire de stérilisation et le robinet auxiliaire d'évacuation d'air étant situés respectivement sur le corps de robinet à l'emplacement de la chambre auxiliaire de robinet et constituant un passage de communication entre la chambre auxiliaire de robinet et l'espace extérieur du corps de robinet. Deux commutateurs permettant la traversée de la chambre de robinet sont formés respectivement par une plaque gauche (121) et une plaque droite (122) du siège de robinet et de la membrane. S'il y a une fuite dans l'ajustement étanche, les substances dans les conduites entrent d'abord dans la rainure de rétention puis sortent par le robinet auxiliaire d'évacuation d'air normalement ouvert, de sorte que le robinet à membrane anti-mélange puisse être surveillé et entretenu à temps et qu'on puisse éviter les pertes inutiles.
