An embodiment of the present invention provides a method to resolve a location of nodes operating in a wireless network, comprising using a wireless network infrastructure of the wireless network to determine the location of the nodes by each location aware node distributing location information within the wireless network such that each node may learn its location directly from the infrastructure of the network.

Conformément à un mode de réalisation, la présente invention porte sur un procédé de résolution d'une localisation de nœuds fonctionnant dans un réseau sans fil, consistant à utiliser une infrastructure de réseau sans fil du réseau sans fil pour déterminer la localisation des nœuds par distribution, par chaque nœud conscient de sa localisation, d'informations de localisation dans le réseau sans fil de sorte que chaque nœud puisse apprendre sa localisation directement à partir de l'infrastructure du réseau.
