An ozone generator according to the present invention includes: three or more cooling channels having through-holes in the central portions thereof, and coolant passages therein, wherein the cooling channels are arrayed in parallel such that the through-holes overlap one another; and an electric discharge unit inserted in neighboring ones of the cooling channels to discharge electricity when high voltage is applied thereto. The electric discharge unit has a central hole in a portion corresponding to the through-holes. When high voltage is applied to the electric discharge unit, and the cooling channels are grounded, oxygen supplied to a side end of the electric discharge unit is decomposed to generate ozone that is discharged through an inner space defined by the through-holes and the central hole. An ozone generator according to the present invention comprises: an electric discharge unit that includes a conductor to which high voltage is applied, a dielectric having a surface covering the conductor, and a ground plate having a surface covering another surface of the dielectric; and a cooling channel including a coolant passage, and contacting another surface of the ground plate. The ground plate includes a protrusion on a surface facing the dielectric to form a space between the dielectric and the ground plate.

La présente invention porte sur un générateur d'ozone, qui comprend : trois ou plus de trois canaux de refroidissement ayant des trous traversants dans les parties centrales de ceux-ci, et des passages d'agent de refroidissement à l'intérieur de ceux-ci, les canaux de refroidissement étant regroupés en parallèle de sorte que les trous traversants se chevauchent ; et une unité de décharge électrique insérée dans des canaux voisins parmi les canaux de refroidissement afin de décharger de l'électricité lorsqu'une tension élevée est appliquée à ceux-ci. L'unité de décharge électrique a un trou central dans une partie correspondant aux trous traversants. Lorsqu'une tension élevée est appliquée à l'unité de décharge électrique, et que les canaux de refroidissement sont mis à la masse, de l'oxygène fourni à une extrémité latérale de l'unité de décharge électrique est décomposé de façon à générer de l'ozone qui est déchargé à travers un espace interne défini par les trous traversants et le trou central. Un générateur d'ozone selon la présente invention comprend : une unité de décharge électrique, qui comprend un conducteur auquel est appliquée une haute tension, un diélectrique ayant une surface recouvrant le conducteur, et une plaque de masse ayant une surface recouvrant une autre surface du diélectrique ; et un canal de refroidissement comprenant un passage d'agent de refroidissement, et venant en contact avec une autre surface de la plaque de masse. La plaque de masse comprend une saillie sur une surface faisant face au diélectrique de façon à former un espace entre le diélectrique et la plaque de masse.

본 발명에 의한 오존발생장치는, 가운데 부위에 관통홀이 형성되고 내부에 냉각수유로가 구비되며 상기 관통홀이 겹치도록 병렬 배열되는 셋 이상의 쿨링채널과, 이웃하는 쿨링채널 사이에 삽입되어 고전압이 인가되었을 때 방전을 발생시키도록 구성되며 상기 관통홀과 대응되는 부위에 중심홀이 형성되는 방전유닛을 포함하여, 상기 방전유닛에 고전압이 인가되고 상기 쿨링채널이 접지되었을 때 상기 방전유닛의 측단으로 공급된 산소가 분해되어 오존이 발생되며, 발생된 오존이 상기 관통홀 및 중심홀이 이루는 내부공간을 통해 배출되도록 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 오존발생장치는, 고전압이 인가되는 전도체와, 일면이 상기 전도체를 덮는 유전체와, 일면이 상기 유전체의 타면을 덮는 접지판을 구비하는 방전유닛; 냉각수유로가 구비되며, 상기 접지판의 타면에 접촉되는 쿨링채널;을 포함하되, 상기 접지판은 상기 유전체를 향하는 일면에 돌출부가 형성되어, 상기 유전체와 상기 접지판 사이에 이격공간이 확보된다.
