Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional conductor pattern, such as a built-in antenna for a portable communication device, and an apparatus for the same. The apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional conductor pattern according to the present invention comprises: a laser irradiation device which can selectively process the surface of a three-dimensional shaped substrate by irradiating along a desired trajectory on the surface of the three-dimensional shaped substrate using a laser; and a jig which fixes and supports the substrate during laser irradiation by the laser irradiation device, wherein the jig is provided at the upper surface thereof with a first fixing part which fixes the substrate to allow the front surface of the substrate to face upward, and with a second fixing part which fixes the substrate to allow the back surface of the substrate to face upward. According to the present invention, since laser processing, electroplating, and a jig having a specific structure are used, it is possible to directly form a three-dimensional shaped conductor pattern on the surface of a three-dimensional shaped substrate with high productivity.

La présente invention a trait à un procédé permettant de fabriquer un tracé conducteur en trois dimensions, tel qu'une antenne intégrée destinée à un dispositif de communication portatif, ainsi qu'à un appareil correspondant. L'appareil permettant de fabriquer un tracé conducteur en trois dimensions qui fait l'objet de la présente invention comprend : un dispositif d'irradiation laser qui peut traiter de manière sélective la surface d'un substrat de forme tridimensionnelle par irradiation de la surface dudit substrat de forme tridimensionnelle à l'aide d'un laser, cette irradiation respectant une trajectoire souhaitée sur la surface du substrat ; et un dispositif de serrage qui fixe et qui maintient le substrat au cours de l'irradiation laser effectuée par le dispositif d'irradiation laser, ce dispositif de serrage étant doté sur sa surface supérieure d'une première partie de fixation qui fixe le substrat afin que la surface avant de ce dernier soit orientée vers le haut, et d'une seconde partie de fixation qui fixe le substrat afin que la surface arrière de ce dernier soit orientée vers le haut. Puisque la présente invention utilise le traitement au laser, le dépôt électrolytique et un dispositif de serrage ayant une structure spécifique, elle permet de former directement et avec une productivité élevée un tracé conducteur de forme tridimensionnelle sur la surface d'un substrat de forme tridimensionnelle.

본 발명은 휴대용 통신기기의 내장형 안테나와 같은 입체적인 도체 패턴의 제조 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 입체적인 도체 패턴 제조 장치는, 입체 형상의 기재 표면에 원하는 궤적을 따라 레이저를 조사하여 상기 기재 표면을 선택적으로 가공할 수 있는 레이저 조사장치; 및 상기 레이저 조사장치에 의한 레이저 조사 중에 상기 기재를 고정 지지하는 지그로서, 상면에는 상기 기재의 앞면이 위를 향하도록 상기 기재를 고정하는 제1고정부와, 상기 기재의 뒷면이 위를 향하도록 상기 기재를 고정하는 제2고정부가 형성되어 있는 지그;를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레이저 가공과 전해 도금 및 특정한 구조의 지그를 이용함으로써, 높은 생산성으로, 입체 형상의 기재 표면에 직접 입체 형상의 도체 패턴을 형성할 수 있다.
