Abstract

In order to apply liquefied gas (G) to a head space (2) without causing variation in the internal pressure of a container, a liquefied gas applying nozzle (12) includes a cylinder (17), and a plug (18) slidably inserted into the cylinder (17). A plurality of grooves (19) through which the liquefied gas (G) flows is formed on the inner periphery of the cylinder (17) in parallel to the cylinder axis. The groove (19) has the substantially constant depth and the width gradually decreasing from the inlet side toward the outlet side of the cylinder. With this configuration, the amount of the liquefied gas (G) discharged from the outlet side of the cylinder can be gradually reduced as a tip of the plug (18) moves from the inlet side toward the outlet side of the cylinder. Furthermore, the liquefied gas flowing out of the grooves at the cylinder outlet can be discharged into the head space (2) in narrow streams substantially parallel to the cylinder axis, irrespective of where the tip of the plug (18) has moved.

Afin d'injecter du gaz liquéfié (G) dans un espace vide (2) sans provoquer de variation de la pression interne d'un récipient, une buse d'injection de gaz liquéfié (12) comprend une bouteille (17) et un bouchon (18) inséré en le faisant coulisser dans la bouteille (17). Une pluralité de rainures (19) par lesquelles s'écoule le gaz liquéfié (G) est formée sur la périphérie interne de la bouteille (17) parallèlement à l'axe de la bouteille. La rainure (19) a une profondeur pratiquement constante et sa largeur diminue graduellement du côté de l'entrée vers le côté de la sortie de la bouteille. Avec cette configuration, la quantité de gaz liquéfié (G) refoulée du côté de la sortie de la bouteille peut être graduellement réduite au fur et à mesure du déplacement du bout du bouchon (18) du côté de l'entrée vers le côté de la sortie de la bouteille. De plus, le gaz liquéfié sortant des rainures au niveau de la sortie de la bouteille peut être rejeté dans l'espace vide (2) en courants étroits pratiquement parallèles à l'axe de la bouteille, indépendamment du déplacement du bout du bouchon (18).

 容器内圧にバラツキが生じないようにヘッドスペース(2)に液化ガス(G)を添加するため、液化ガス添加用ノズル(12)は、シリンダ(17)と、シリンダ(17)内にスライド可能に挿入されるプラグ(18)とを備え、シリンダ(17)の内周面には、液化ガス(G)を通す複数本の溝(19)がシリンダ軸に平行に形成され、溝(19)が、深さが略一定で、幅がシリンダの入口側から出口側に向かって徐々に狭まるように形成されることにより、プラグ(18)先端がシリンダ入口側から出口側へと移動するに連れて、シリンダ出口側からの液化ガス(G)吐出量が漸減可能とされ、プラグ(18)先端の移動位置の如何を問わずシリンダ出口の各溝から流出する液化ガスがシリンダ軸に略平行な細流となってヘッドスペース(2)内に吐出可能とされる。
