The disclosed vertebral spacer is used by being inserted between one vertebra (101) and another vertebra (102) (the intervertebral space). Said vertebral spacer (1) has a block body (2) which, provided with a pair of contact surfaces contacting each of the vertebrae (101, 102), is configured from titanium or a titanium alloy as the main material. The block body (2) has a frame-shaped compact part (25), and a porous part (21) which, disposed inside of said frame-shaped compact part (25), has at least at the surface a higher porosity than that of the compact part (25). By this means, the size of the space between the two vertebrae (the intervertebral space) can be properly maintained. Further, damage can be accurately prevented regardless of the clinical case and the position of the intervertebral space, and earlier bone fusion with the vertebrae can be achieved.

L'invention concerne un écarteur vertébral destiné à être inséré entre une vertèbre (101) et une autre vertèbre (102) (espace intervertébral). Ledit écarteur (1) comprend un corps bloc (2) comportant deux surfaces de contact destinées à venir en contact avec chacune des vertèbres (101,102), fabriqué à partir de titane et d'un alliage de titane comme matériau principal. Le corps bloc (2) comprend une partie compacte en forme de cadre (25) et une partie poreuse (21) disposée à l'intérieur de la partie compacte (25) et présentant au moins au niveau de sa surface une porosité supérieure à celle de la partie compacte (25). Ainsi, la taille de l'espace entre les deux vertèbres (espace intervertébral) peut être préservée de façon appropriée. La présente invention permet également de prévenir efficacement les lésions, quel que soit le cas clinique et la position de l'espace intervertébral, et d'obtenir une fusion osseuse précoce avec les vertèbres.

本発明の椎体スペーサ1は、椎体101と椎体102との間(椎間)に挿入して使用される。この椎体スペーサ1は、各椎体101、102と当接する一対の当接面を備え、チタンまたはチタン合金を主材料として構成されるブロック体2を有している。ブロック体2は、枠状の緻密部25と、この緻密部25の内側に設けられ、少なくとも表面の空孔率が、緻密部25の空孔率よりも大きい多孔部21とを有する。本発明によれば、椎体と椎体との間(椎間)の大きさを適正に維持することができる。また、症例や椎間の位置によらず、その破損を的確に防止することができ、かつ椎体との早期の骨癒合を生じさせ得る。
