Abstract

In order to provide a rolling bearing unit that enables a lubricant to be reliably supplied to a raceway surface of a bearing ring, and that reduces costs, this rolling bearing unit is provided with: a lubricant tank (2) that is fixed to an outer ring (3) and positioned inside a bearing space, and that accumulates grease internally; and a discharge port (13) that is provided to the lubricant tank (2), and that discharges the grease inside the tank on a raceway surface (3a) of the outer ring (3). An actuator (16) that moves the grease accumulated in the lubricant tank (2) to the discharge port (13) and discharges the grease on the raceway surface (3a), and an energy source (17) that drives the actuator (16) are provided.

La présente invention se rapporte à une unité de palier à roulement qui permet d'alimenter de façon fiable en lubrifiant une surface de chemin de roulement d'une bague de roulement et qui réduit les coûts. L'unité de palier à roulement est pourvue : d'un réservoir de lubrifiant (2) qui est fixé à la bague externe (3) et positionné à l'intérieur d'un espace de palier et qui accumule la graisse à l'intérieur ; et d'un orifice d'évacuation (13) qui est percé dans le réservoir de lubrifiant (2) et qui permet d'évacuer la graisse accumulée dans le réservoir sur une surface de chemin de roulement (3a) de la bague externe (3). On utilise un actionneur (16) qui déplace la graisse accumulée dans le réservoir de lubrifiant (2) jusqu'à l'orifice d'évacuation (13) et évacue la graisse sur la surface de chemin de roulement (3a) ainsi qu'une source d'énergie (17) qui entraîne l'actionneur (16).

 軸受軌道輪の軌道面へ潤滑剤を確実に供給することができ、コスト低減も図れる転がり軸受ユニットを提供するために、転がり軸受ユニットは、外輪(3)に固定され軸受空間内に配置されて内部にグリースを溜める潤滑剤タンク(2)と、この潤滑剤タンク(2)に設けられてタンク内部のグリースを外輪(3)の軌道面(3a)に吐出する吐出口(13)とを備えている。潤滑剤タンク(2)に溜めたグリースを吐出口(13)に移動させて軌道面(3a)に吐出するアクチュエータ(16)と、このアクチュエータ(16)を駆動するエネルギ源(17)とを設けた。
