A sealing device that performs sealing by a throw off effect due to the rotation of a seal flange (22) of a rotating-side sealing element (2), wherein defects due to muddy water etc., which enters from a fitting section for the rotating-side sealing element (2) and a rotary member (102) to which the rotating-side sealing element (2) is attached, are prevented. The sealing device is thus provided with: a stationary-side sealing element (1) that is attached to a stationary member (101), and has a first lip (12) and a second lip (13); and the rotating-side sealing element (2), which has a sleeve (21) fitted to the rotary member (102) on the inner diameter side of the static member (101) and the seal flange (22) extending from the end of the sleeve (21) and in intimate slidable contact with the first lip (12). The second lip (13) is in intimate slidable contact with the rotary member (102), and the sleeve (21) is fitted to a cylindrical surface (102c) formed so as to be positioned on the rotary member (102) to the outer side from an intimate contact sliding section (S2) of the second lip (13) and on the inner diameter side.

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'étanchéité qui assure l'étanchéité par un effet de projection en raison de la rotation d'une bride d'étanchéité (22) d'un élément d'étanchéité côté rotatif (2) de sorte à empêcher des défauts dus à l'eau boueuse, etc. qui entre depuis une section de fixation de l'élément d'étanchéité côté tournant (2) et d'un élément rotatif (102) auquel est fixé l'élément d'étanchéité côté rotatif (2). Le dispositif d'étanchéité est donc pourvu : d'un élément d'étanchéité côté fixe (1) qui est fixé à l'élément fixe (101) et présente une première lèvre (12) et une seconde lèvre (13) ; et de l'élément d'étanchéité côté rotatif (2) qui présente un manchon (21) fixé à l'élément rotatif (102) côté diamètre interne de l'élément fixe (101) et la bride d'étanchéité (22) qui s'étend depuis l'extrémité du manchon (21) et en contact coulissant étroit avec la première lèvre (12). La seconde lèvre (13) est en contact coulissant étroit avec l'élément rotatif (102) et le manchon (21) est fixé à une surface cylindrique (102c) formée de sorte à être positionnée sur l'élément rotatif (102) côté externe par rapport à une section coulissante à contact étroit (S2) de la seconde lèvre (13) et côté diamètre interne.
