Abstract

The invention relates to a heating unit adapted to perform a method including a steam condensation step. The unit comprises an evaporation device designed to evaporate a fluid and a device for condensing steam leaving the evaporation device, said condensation device including a steam collection tube having one end connected to a steam outlet of the evaporation device. The unit is characterised in that the condensation device also comprises: a thermoelectric device (10, 11, 15) including a through-hole in which the collection tube is positioned, an internal surface of the hole forming a cold surface of the thermoelectric device; and a control module (47) for supplying the thermoelectric device with an electric current according to the condensation temperature of the steam passing through the collection tube. The invention is suitable for condensing steam.

L'invention concerne une installation de chauffage adaptée pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé comprenant une étape de condensation de vapeur, installation comprenant un dispositif d'évaporation adapté pour évaporer un fluide et un dispositif de condensation des vapeurs sortant du dispositif d'évaporation, le dispositif de condensation comprenant un tube de collecte de vapeurs, une extrémité du tube étant connectée sur une sortie de vapeur du dispositif d'évaporation, l'installation étant caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de condensation comprend également : - un dispositif thermoélectrique (10, 11, 15) présentant un évidement débouchant, à l'intérieur duquel le tube de collecte est positionné, une surface interne de l'évidement formant une surface froide du dispositif thermoélectrique et - un module de commande (47) pour fournir au dispositif thermoélectrique un courant électrique fonction d'une température de condensation des vapeurs traversant le tube de collecte.
