Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ventilgehäuse (31, 51) für ein Steuerventil eines Nockenwellenverstellers, umfassend einen Gehäuseflansch (33, 55) zur Befestigung an einer Steuereinheit, sowie eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Gehäusekomponente (1, 53) zur Aufnahme eines Steuerkolbens. Hierbei ist vorgesehen, dass die Gehäusekomponente (1, 53) durch eine formschlüssige Verbindung drehfest am Gehäuseflansch (33, 55) fixiert ist. Ein derartiges Ventilgehäuse (31, 51 ) ist unter Gewährleistung seiner Betriebssicherheit kostengünstig und mit geringem Gewicht herzustellen. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines vorgenannten Ventilgehäuses (31, 51).

The invention relates to a valve housing (31, 51) for a control valve of a camshaft adjuster, comprising a housing flange (33, 55) for fastening to a control unit, and a substantially cylindrical housing component (1, 53) for receiving a control piston. It is provided here that the housing component (1, 53) is fixed firmly on the housing flange (33, 55) so as to rotate with it, by way of a positive connection. A valve housing (31, 51) of this type can be produced inexpensively and with low weight, while maintaining its operational reliability. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing an abovementioned valve housing (31, 51).

L'invention porte sur un carter de soupape (31, 51) pour une soupape de commande d'un dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames, comprenant une bride de carter (33, 55) pour la fixation à une unité de commande, ainsi qu'un élément de carter (1, 53) sensiblement cylindrique destiné à recevoir un piston de commande. L'élément de carter (1, 53) est fixé solidairement en rotation à la bride de carter (33, 55) par une liaison opérant par complémentarité de forme. Un tel carter de soupape (31, 51) est peu coûteux et peut être fabriqué avec un faible poids tout en garantissant sa sécurité de fonctionnement. En outre, l'invention porte sur un procédé pour fabriquer un carter de soupape (31, 51) précité.
