Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet der Ophthalmologie, speziell die Bestimmung mehrerer Längen und anderer Größen anhand lokalisierter Grenzflächen im Auge. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur modellbasierten Bestimmung der Biometrie von Augen, wird das Auge mit einer Lichtquelle über eine Scan-Einheit beleuchtet, der Fokus des Messlichtstrahls im Auge über eine Verstelleinrichtung lateral und/oder axial verschoben oder umgeschaltet und die von den Grenzflächen und aus dem Gewebe des Auges zurück gestreuten Lichtanteile über ein Interferometer von einem Sensor erfasst und an eine Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit weitergeleitet, die ein parametrisches Augenmodell, das mindestens zwei der im Auge vorhandenen Grenzflächen beschreibt, an den oder die Scans anpasst. Die vorliegende Lösung betrifft das Gebiet der Ophthalmologie und dient insbesondere der optischen Bestimmung der Biometrie von Augen mittels zweidimensionaler, optischer Kohärenztomographieaufnahmen. Das Verfahren ist jedoch weder auf die Nutzung der Kohärenztomographie noch auf die Verwendung optischer Messungen beschränkt.

The invention relates to the field of ophthalmology, especially the determination of a several lengths and other values with reference to localised boundary surfaces in the eye. In the method according to the invention for the model-based determination of the biometry of eyes, the eye is illuminated by a light source via a scanning unit, the focus of the measuring light beam in the eye is moved or shifted laterally and/or axially via an adjusting device and the light fractions back-scattered by the boundary surfaces and from the tissue of the eye via an interferometer are detected by a sensor and relayed to a control and evaluation unit by which a parametric eye model which describes at least two boundary surfaces present in the eye is adapted to the scan or scans. The solution relates to the field of ophthalmology and serves in particular for the optical determination of the biometry of eyes by means of two-dimensional optical coherence tomography images. However, the method is not limited to the use of coherence tomography nor to the utilisation of optical measurements.

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de l'ophtalmologie, en particulier à la détermination de différentes longueurs et d'autres grandeurs sur la base de surfaces limites localisées dans l'oeil. Selon le procédé de l'invention pour la détermination modélisée de la biométrie oculaire, l'oeil est éclairé avec une source lumineuse par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de balayage, le foyer du faisceau lumineux de mesure dans l'oeil est déplacé latéralement et/ou axialement ou commuté par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de réglage et les parties du rayon lumineux rétrodiffusées par les surfaces limites et sortant du tissu oculaire sont captées par l'intermédiaire d'un interféromètre par un capteur et transférées à une unité de commande et d'évaluation qui adapte au(x) balayage(s) un modèle oculaire paramétrique décrivant au moins deux des surfaces limites présentes dans l'oeil. La présente solution concerne le domaine de l'ophtalmologie et sert en particulier à la détermination optique de la biométrie oculaire au moyen de clichés bidimensionnels obtenus par tomographie en cohérence optique. Ce procédé n'est cependant pas limité à l'utilisation de la tomographie en cohérence ni à l'utilisation de mesures optiques.
