A mobile communication system includes a network based aggregation controller (110) for controlling aggregation of component carriers (32, 42, 52) from a first spectrum (30) and a second spectrum (40, 50). In addition, the mobile communication system includes a group of mobile terminals (10-1, 10-2). The network based aggregation controller (110) is configured to send a group message on at least one component carrier (32) of the first spectrum (30) to the group of mobile terminals (10-1, 10-2). The mobile terminals (10-1, 10-2) receive the group message. A terminal based aggregation controller (11) in each of the mobile terminals (10-1, 10-2) is configured to control operation of the respective mobile terminal (10-1, 10-2) with respect to the at least one component carrier (42, 52) of the second spectrum (40, 50). This control is accomplished in response to the received group message.

La présente invention concerne un système de communication mobile comprenant un contrôleur d'agrégation de réseau (110) servant à commander l'agrégation des porteuses de composantes (32, 42, 52) à partir d'un premier spectre (30) et d'un second spectre (40, 50). En outre, le système de communication mobile comprend un groupe de terminaux mobiles (10-1, 10-2). Le contrôleur d'agrégation de réseau (110) est configuré pour envoyer un message de groupe sur au moins une porteuse de composantes (32) du premier spectre (30) au groupe de terminaux mobiles (10-1, 10-2). Les terminaux mobiles (10-1, 10-2) reçoivent le message de groupe. Un contrôleur d'agrégation de terminal (11) dans chacun des terminaux mobiles (10-1, 10-2) est configuré pour commander le fonctionnement du terminal mobile respectif (10-1, 10-2) relativement à la au moins une porteuse de composantes (42, 52) du second spectre (40, 50). Cette commande est accomplie en réponse au message de groupe reçu.
