Bei einem Verfahren zur Durchführung einer chemischen Reaktion in einem Reaktor (R) liegt mindestens eine Substanz in einem gasdicht verschlossenen Behältnis (2; 3; 4) vor, wird in diesem Behältnis in den Reaktor eingebracht und durch Aufbrechen des Behältnisses freigesetzt. Das Behältnis (2; 3; 4) ist so ausgebildet ist, dass es bei Überschreiten einer spezifizierten Berst-Druckdifferenz zwischen Innendruck und Aussendruck aufbricht. Das Aufbrechen des Behältnisses und damit die Freisetzung der im Behältnis befindlichen Substanz erfolgt durch gezielte Anwendung einer die Berst-Druckdifferenz überschreitenden Druckdifferenz im Reaktor (R). Das Verfahren hat den Vorteil, dass zuzudosierende Substanzen bereits vor Reaktionsbeginn in den Reaktor eingebracht werden können und dort dann bereitgehalten werden, bis sie im Zuge des Reaktionsablaufs benötigt und druckinduziert freigesetzt werden. Dies ermöglicht neue Reaktionsführungen und macht diese signifikant einfacher.

In a method for carrying out a chemical reaction in a reactor (R), at least one substance is present in a container (2; 3; 4) that is closed in a gas-tight manner, is introduced into the reactor in said container, and is released by breaking open the container. The container (2; 3; 4) is designed in such a way that the container breaks open when a specified bursting pressure difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure is exceeded. The breaking open of the container and thus the release of the substance in the container occur as a result of the deliberate application of a pressure difference in the reactor (R), which exceeds the bursting pressure difference. The method has the advantage that substances to be added in a metered manner can be introduced into the reactor before the start of the reaction and are kept ready there until said substances are needed in the course of the reaction process and are released in a pressure-induced manner. This enables novel reaction control procedures and makes said reaction control procedures significantly easier.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour effectuer une réaction chimique dans un réacteur (R), suivant lequel au moins une substance est présente dans un récipient (2 ; 3 ; 4) fermé de façon étanche aux gaz, est introduite dans ce récipient dans le réacteur et est libérée par la rupture du récipient. Le récipient (2 ; 3 ; 4) est conçu de sorte qu'il se brise lors du dépassement d'une différence de pression d'éclatement spécifique entre la pression interne et la pression externe. La rupture du récipient et par conséquent la libération de la substance se trouvant dans le récipient se produit par l'application ciblée d'une différence de pression dépassant la différence de pression d'éclatement dans le réacteur (R). Le procédé présente l'avantage que des substances à introduire de façon dosée peuvent être introduites dans le réacteur dès avant le début de la réaction et y sont ensuite tenues prêtes, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient requises au cours de la réaction et libérées sous l'action de la pression. Ceci permet de nouvelles conduites de réaction et les rend significativement plus simples.
