Abstract

The invention provides methods of identifying wound healing metakaryotic stem cells, identifying molecules to modulate proliferation and/or migration of metakaryotic stem cells and molecules to treat wound healing disorders, such as blood vessel wound healing disorders, including restenosis. The invention also provides methods of diagnosing and treating wound healing disorders, such as blood vessel wound healing disorders and also of treating wounds by the use of metakaryotic stem cell transplant(s).

Cette invention concerne des procédés d'identification de cellules souches métacaryotes pour la cicatrisation des plaies, d'identification de molécules pour moduler la prolifération et/ou la migration des cellules souches métacaryotes et des molécules pour traiter les problèmes de cicatrisation des plaies, tels que les problèmes de cicatrisation des plaies vasculaires, comprenant la resténose. Cette invention concerne également des méthodes diagnostiques et thérapeutiques pour traiter les problèmes de cicatrisation des plaies, tels que les problèmes de cicatrisation des plaies vasculaires et également pour traiter les plaies à l'aide de greffe(s) de cellules souches métacaryotes.
