The present invention relates to a method for producing hEGF(human epidermal growth factor) which has the same activity as the wild form, in high concentration and with a high degree of purity. More specifically, the invention relates to an hEGF expression vector comprising a nucleic acid sequence coding for the polypeptide of sequence number 14; a host cell in which the expression vector has been genetically transformed; and a method for producing hEGF, comprising a step in which the expression vector is created and is genetically transformed in yeast from which the KEX1 gene is lacking. Using the method of the present invention, it is possible to produce a large volume of human derived EGF which has the same size and activity as human derived EGF, and this EGF can be used in various ways such as in medicine and cosmetics.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de hEGF (facteur de croissance épidermique humain) hautement concentré et très pur, ayant la même action que la forme sauvage. L'invention concerne, plus précisément, un vecteur d'expression du hEGF comprenant une séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour le polypeptide de numéro de séquence 14 ; une cellule hôte dans laquelle ledit vecteur d'expression a été génétiquement transformé ; et un procédé de production de hEGF, comprenant une étape au cours de laquelle le vecteur d'expression est créé et génétiquement transformé dans des levures dépourvues de gène KEX1. Grâce au procédé de la présente invention, il est possible de produire un volume important d'EGF humain ayant la même taille et la même action que l'EGF humain sauvage. Cet EGF peut être utilisé de diverses façons et, notamment, en médecine et dans des produits cosmétiques.

본 발명은 야생형과 동일한 활성을 가지는 hEGF(human epidermal growth factor)를 고농도 및 고순도로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 서열번호 14의 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 핵산 서열이 포함된 hEGF 발현벡터, 상기 발현벡터가 형질전환된 숙주세포, 및 상기 발현벡터를 제조하고, 이를 KEX1 유전자가 결손된 효모에 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는 hEGF의 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의하면 인간 유래 EGF와 동일한 크기, 활성을 가지는 인간 유래의 EGF를 대량생산할 수 있으며, 이는 의료용, 화장품 등 다양하게 이용될 수 있다.
