A method and an apparatus for scheduling uplink transmissions according to a maximum transmission power and Power Headrooms (PHs) reported by a User Equipment (UE) are provided. A method for reporting the PHs for carriers used by a terminal in a mobile communication system supporting carrier aggregation includes generating a message including the PHs along with indicators indicating whether a real transmission is scheduled on an uplink data channel of corresponding carrier, and including, when the real transmission is scheduled, a maximum transmission power used for calculating the PHs in the generated message.

L'invention porte sur un procédé et un appareil de planification de transmissions en liaison montante en fonction d'une puissance d'émission maximale et de marges de puissance (PH) rapportées par un équipement utilisateur (UE). Un procédé de rapport des PH pour des porteuses utilisées par un terminal dans un système de communication mobile prenant en charge une agrégation de porteuses consiste à générer un message comprenant les PH conjointement avec des indicateurs indiquant si une transmission réelle est planifiée ou non sur un canal de données de liaison montante d'une porteuse correspondante, et inclure, lorsque la transmission réelle est planifiée, une puissance d'émission maximale utilisée pour calculer les PH dans le message généré.
