The objective of this angle detection device is to provide an angle detection device that can detect an angle of rotation at a higher level of precision. The angle detection device is provided with: a rotating member to which a magnet section that forms a magnetic field having an alternating polarity in the peripheral direction is provided; a bearing that rotatably supports the rotating member; an angle calculation device that detects the magnetic field components in a plurality of different directions in the magnetic field, and calculates the angle of rotation of the rotating member on the basis of the magnetic field components; and a torsion spring that energizes the rotating member in a manner so that the rotating member spins, maintaining the direction of tilt with respect to the central axial line of the bearing, or in a manner so as to maintain the phase difference between the rotational phase of the spin of the rotating member and the rotational phase around the central axial line of the bearing in the direction of tilt of the rotating member, regardless of changes in the angle of rotation.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de détection d'angle, lequel dispositif de détection d'angle peut détecter un angle de rotation avec un niveau de précision plus élevé. Le dispositif de détection d'angle comporte : un élément rotatif sur lequel est disposée une section d'aimant qui forme un champ magnétique ayant une polarité alternée dans la direction périphérique ; un palier qui supporte de façon à pouvoir tourner l'élément rotatif ; un dispositif de calcul d'angle qui détecte les composantes de champ magnétique dans une pluralité de directions différentes dans le champ magnétique, et qui calcule l'angle de rotation de l'élément rotatif sur la base des composantes de champ magnétique ; et un ressort de torsion qui sollicite l'élément rotatif d'une manière telle que l'élément rotatif tourne, maintenant la direction d'inclinaison par rapport à la ligne axiale centrale du palier, ou d'une manière telle qu'il maintient la différence de phase entre la phase de rotation de la rotation de l'élément rotatif et la phase de rotation autour de la ligne axiale centrale du palier dans la direction d'inclinaison de l'élément de rotation, quels que soient les changements de l'angle de rotation.

 本発明に係る角度検出装置は、より高精度に回転角度の検出が可能な角度検出装置を提供することを目的とする。 角度検出装置は、周方向に極性が交互となる磁場を形成する磁石部が設けられた回転部材と、回転部材を回転可能に支持する軸受と、磁場における異なる複数方向の磁場成分を検出し、当該磁場成分に基づいて回転部材の回転角度を算出する角度算出装置と、回転部材が軸受の中心軸線に対する傾斜方向を維持して自転するように、または回転部材の自転の回転位相と回転部材の傾斜方向における軸受の中心軸線回りの回転位相との位相差が回転角度の変化に拘わらず維持されるように、回転部材を付勢する捩りばねと、を備える。
