(EN)
[Problem] To prevent mixture of a model member and a support member at an interface. [Solution] A control means causes a head part (20) to perform a reciprocating scanning in one direction by a horizontal driving means and causes a shaping member discharging means to discharge a model member (MA) and a support member (SA) onto a shaping plate (40). The model member (MA) and/or the support member (SA) are cured by a curing means (24) in at least one of inbound and outbound of the reciprocating scanning to make a slice. Relative positions of the shaping plate (40) and the head part (20) are moved in a height direction to repeat lamination of the slices so that the device is controlled to perform shaping. Also, only one of the model member (MA) and the support member (SA) can be discharged and cured instead of discharging both of the shaping members in the same reciprocating scanning in a line where the model member (MA) and the support member (SA) in a scanning direction of a shaped object are located.

L'invention a pour objet d'empêcher le mélange d'un élément de modèle et d'un élément de support au niveau d'une interface. Un moyen de commande amène une partie de tête (20) à réaliser un balayage animé d'un mouvement alternatif dans une direction grâce à un moyen d'entraînement horizontal et amène un moyen d'évacuation d'élément de mise en forme à évacuer un élément de modèle (MA) et un élément de support (SA) sur une plaque de mise en forme (40). L'élément de modèle (MA) et/ou l'élément de support (SA) sont durcis par un moyen de durcissement (24) pendant le rapprochement et/ou l'éloignement du balayage animé d'un mouvement alternatif afin de réaliser une strate. Des positions relatives de la plaque de mise en forme (40) et de la partie de tête (20) sont déplacées dans le sens de la hauteur pour répéter la stratification des strates de sorte que le dispositif soit commandé de manière à réaliser la mise en forme. En outre, seul un élément parmi l'élément de modèle (MA) et l'élément de support (SA) peut être évacué et durci au lieu d'évacuer les deux éléments de mise en forme dans le même balayage animé d'un mouvement alternatif dans une ligne dans laquelle l'élément de modèle (MA) et l'élément de support (SA) sont situés dans une direction de balayage d'un objet formé.

【課題】モデル材とサポート材の界面での混合を回避する。【解決手段】制御手段が、水平駆動手段でヘッド部20を一方向に往復走査させて、造形材吐出手段によりモデル材MA及びサポート材SAを造形プレート40上に吐出させ、該往復走査の往路又は復路の少なくともいずれか一方で、硬化手段24でモデル材MA及び/又はサポート材SAを硬化させることにより、スライスを生成し、高さ方向に造形プレート40とヘッド部20の相対位置を移動させて、スライスの積層を繰り返すことにより造形を実行するよう制御し、かつ造形物の走査方向におけるモデル材MAとサポート材SAとが位置するラインにおいて、同一の往復走査で、モデル材MAとサポート材SAを同時に吐出させず、いずれか一方の造形材のみを吐出、硬化させてなることができる。
