Provided is a cell concentration/purification device, said device having a function of successively arranging cells in a specific area of a microchannel continuously, and a function of successively taking cell images with the use of lights from a plurality of monochromatic light sources on an image base, then comparing and analyzing the images and thus recognizing the individual cells, in a single cell unit, on the basis of the data of the shape of the cells and the absorption spectrum distribution of the cells or in the cells to thereby selectively separate and purify the cells.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de concentration/purification cellulaire, ledit dispositif ayant une fonction consistant à agencer successivement des cellules dans une zone spécifique d'un microcanal en continu, et une fonction consistant à prendre successivement des images des cellules par l'utilisation de lumières provenant d'une pluralité de sources de lumière monochromatique sur une base d'images, puis la comparaison et l'analyse des images et ainsi la reconnaissance des cellules individuelles, dans une unité à cellule unique, sur la base des données de la forme des cellules et de la distribution du spectre d'absorption des cellules, ou dans les cellules pour ainsi séparer sélectivement et purifier les cellules.

本発明は、連続して細胞をマイクロ流路の特定の領域に連続配置する機能と、画像ベースで複数の単色光の光源からの光によって細胞画像を順次撮影して、この比較解析によって1細胞単位でその細胞の形状と細胞あるいは細胞内の吸収スペクトル分布の情報に基づいて認識を行って細胞を選択的に分離精製する機能を有する細胞濃縮精製装置を提供する。
