An objective of the present invention is to improve heat radiation performance of power circuit components which configure a power module (100), to improve heat emitting balance therewith, and to cause same to radiate heat efficiently with respect to the heat tolerance of each respective component. Power circuit components, further comprising power switching elements (107, 108) which configure bridge circuits, and motor relay switching elements (109), are mounted on an electroconductive member (102) with heat emitting balance maintained. The electroconductive member (102) is positioned in contact with a heat sink (30) for heat radiation, and the power circuit components and the heat sink (30) are formed in a single unit with a mold resin (101).

La présente invention a pour objet d'améliorer les performances de rayonnement thermique des composants du circuit de puissance qui constituent un module d'énergie (100), d'améliorer l'équilibre d'émission thermique avec lui et d'amener celui-ci à émettre de la chaleur efficacement par rapport à la tolérance à la chaleur de chacun des composants respectifs. Les composants du circuit de puissance, comprenant en outre des éléments de commutation de puissance (107, 108) qui constituent des circuits en pont, et des éléments de commutation de relais de moteur (109), sont montés sur un élément électriquement conducteur (102) avec maintien de l'équilibre des émissions thermiques. L'élément électriquement conducteur (102) est placé en contact avec un dissipateur thermique (30) pour le rayonnement thermique et les composants du circuit de puissance ainsi que le dissipateur thermique (30) sont réalisés sous la forme d'une seule unité avec une résine de moulage (101).

パワーモジュール100を構成するパワー回路部品の放熱性能を向上し、かつ発熱バランスを向上して部品個々の耐熱能力に対して効率良く放熱させるようにすることを目的とするものであり、ブリッジ回路を構成するパワースイッチング素子107、108と、モータリレー用スイッチング素子109とからなるパワー回路部品を導電部材102上に発熱バランスを維持して実装し、上記導電部材102を放熱用のヒートシンク30に当接配置し、前記パワー回路部品とヒートシンク30をモールド樹脂101にて一体成形した。
