Provided is an internal combustion engine control device that can accurately detect a closing failure of an EGR valve under a high intake pressure condition where the intake pressure is higher than the exhaust pressure. The internal combustion engine control device includes: a port fuel injection valve (36) for injecting fuel to an air intake port (12a); an EGR passage (50) for connecting an air intake passage (12) and an air exhaust passage (14); an EGR valve (58) for opening and closing the EGR passage (50); and a main air-fuel ratio sensor (46) for detecting an actual air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas exhausted from a tube in an internal combustion engine (10). In the case where the high intake pressure condition and a transient condition are satisfied at a closing instruction to close the EGR valve (58), it is determined that a closing failure of the EGR valve (58) has occurred when an actual measured value of the air-fuel ratio of the exhaust gas detected by the main air-fuel ratio sensor (46) shows a leaner value than a predetermined leanness determination value with reference to a target value of the air-fuel ratio of the exhaust gas.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de moteur à combustion interne permettant de détecter avec précision un échec de fermeture d'une soupape EGR dans une condition de pression d'admission élevée dans laquelle la pression d'admission est supérieure à la pression d'échappement. Le dispositif de commande de moteur à combustion interne comprend : une soupape d'injection de carburant dans un orifice (36) pour l'injection de carburant dans un orifice d'admission de carburant (12a); un passage EGR (50) pour le raccordement d'un passage d'admission d'air (12) et d'un passage d'échappement d'air (14); une soupape EGR (58) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture du passage EGR (50); et un détecteur de rapport air/carburant principal (46) pour la détection d'un rapport air/carburant réel d'un gaz d'échappement évacué depuis un tube dans un moteur à combustion interne (10). Si la condition de pression d'admission élevée et une condition transitoire sont satisfaites lors d'une instruction de fermeture pour la fermeture de la soupape EGR (58), il est déterminé qu'un échec de fermeture de la soupape EGR (58) s'est produit lorsqu'une valeur mesurée réelle du rapport air/carburant du gaz d'échappement détectée par le détecteur de rapport air/carburant principal (46) présente une valeur plus pauvre qu'une valeur de détermination de pauvreté prédéterminée par rapport à une valeur cible du rapport air/carburant du gaz d'échappement.

 吸気圧力が排気圧力よりも高くなる高吸気圧条件下において、EGR弁の閉め切り故障を良好に判定できるようにした内燃機関の制御装置を提供する。 吸気ポート(12a)に燃料を噴射するポート燃料噴射弁(36)を備える。吸気通路(12)と排気通路(14)とを接続するEGR通路(50)を備える。EGR通路(50)の開閉を担うEGR弁(58)を備える。内燃機関(10)の筒内から排出される排気ガスの実空燃比を検出するメイン空燃比センサ(46)を備える。EGR弁(58)を閉め切る閉め切り指令時に高吸気圧条件および過渡条件が成立する場合において、メイン空燃比センサ(46)により検出される排気ガスの空燃比の実測値が排気ガスの空燃比の目標値よりも所定のリーン判定値以上リーンな値である場合に、EGR弁(58)の閉め切り故障が生じていると判定する。
