Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines keramischen Wälzkörpers, wobei ein keramischer Grünling (1) durch Sintern verfestigt wird. Die Aufgabe, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer großen Stückzahl von keramischen Wälzkörpern anzugeben, das insbesondere eine gleichmäßige Dichte in dem Grünling bietet, wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Grünling (1) als abgelängter Teil (2) eines Extrusionsstrangs (3) bereitgestellt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter einen gemäß dem Verfahren hergestellten Wälzkörper.

The invention relates to a method for producing a ceramic rolling element, wherein a ceramic green body (1) is compacted by sintering. The aim of specifying a method for producing a large quantity of ceramic rolling elements, said method offering in particular a uniform density in the green body, is achieved according to the invention in that the green body (1) is provided as a trimmed part (2) of an extrusion strand (3). The invention further relates to a rolling element produced according to the method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps de roulement céramique, une ébauche crue céramique (1) étant durcie par frittage. L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de fabrication d'un grand nombre de corps de roulement céramiques, l'ébauche crue présentant en particulier une densité uniforme. A cet effet, l'ébauche crue (1) est fournie en tant que partie tronçonnée (2) d'une ligne d'extrusion (3). L'invention concerne en outre un corps de roulement fabriqué selon le procédé.
