Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ventileinrichtung 1 zur Bremssteuerung einer druckmittelbetriebenen Bremsanlage eines Fahrzeugs sowie eine Bremsanlage 130 mit dieser Ventileinrichtung 1. Die Ventileinrichtung 1 weist ein Gehäuse 8 auf, das seinerseits mehrere Druckmittelkanäle 58 bis 64, 80 bis 86 aufweist. Ferner weist die Ventileinrichtung 1 ein Relaisventil auf, das einen pneumatischen Steuerdruck, der diesem Relaisventil durch wenigstens einen der Druckmittelkanäle 58 bis 64, 80 bis 86 zugeleitet wird, mit einer größeren Druckmittelmenge bereitstellt. Die Ventileinrichtung 1 weist wenigstens einen Einsatz 2 bis 2"" auf, der pneumatisch mit wenigstens zwei Druckmittelkanälen 58, 66 verbunden ist. Diese zwei Druckmittelkanäle 58, 66 sind mittels einer pneumatischen Verbindung durch diesen Einsatz 2 pneumatisch miteinander verbunden oder verbindbar. Zumindest diese zwei miteinander verbundenen oder verbindbaren Druckmittelkanäle 58, 66 und deren pneumatische Verbindung oder Verbindungsmöglichkeit durch den Einsatz (2) definieren zusammen einen Druckmittelweg. Erfindungsgemäß verläuft der Druckmittelweg aufgrund eines jeweils ausgewählten Gehäuses 8 in Abhängigkeit von diesem jeweils ausgewählten Gehäuse 8 unterschiedlich und/oder ist aufgrund eines jeweils ausgewählten Einsatzes 2 bis 2"" in Abhängigkeit von diesem jeweiligen Einsatz 2 bis 2"" unterschiedlich geschaltet oder schaltbar. Das Gehäuse 8 ist dabei aus einem Satz von mehreren, unterschiedliche Druckmittelkanäle, insbesondere Bohrungen, aufweisenden, ansonsten jedoch gleichen oder im Wesentlichen gleichen Gehäusen 8 ausgewählt. Der Einsatz 2 bis 2"" ist aus einem Satz von mehreren unterschiedlichen Einsätzen 2 bis 2"" ausgewählt.

The two pressure medium ducts (58, 66) are or can be pneumatically connected to each other by said insert (2) via a pneumatic connection. At least these two pressure medium ducts (58, 66), which are or can be connected to each other, and their pneumatic connection or connection possibility by the insert (2) define together a pressure medium path. According to the invention, the profile of the pressure medium path is different due to the nature of the respectively selected housing (8) as a function of the housing that is in each case selected and/or is or can be switched in a different manner due to the respectively selected insert (2 to 2'''') as a function of said insert (2 to 2''''). L'invention concerne un dispositif de soupape 1 pour la commande de freinage d'une installation de freinage d'un véhicule, commandée par un fluide sous pression, ainsi qu'une installation de freinage 130 munie de ce dispositif de soupape 1. Le dispositif de soupape 1 présente un boîtier 8 qui présente pour sa part plusieurs canaux de fluide sous pression 58 à 64, 80 à 86. En outre, le dispositif de soupape 1 présente une soupape relais, qui fournit une pression de commande pneumatique qui est acheminée à cette soupape relais par au moins l'un des canaux de fluide sous pression 58 à 64, 80 à 86, avec une quantité de fluide sous pression plus importante. Le dispositif de soupape 1 présente au moins un insert 2 à 2"", qui est raccordé pneumatiquement à au moins deux canaux de fluide sous pression 58, 66. Ces deux canaux de fluide sous pression 58, 66 sont connectés l'un à l'autre ou peuvent être connectés l'un à l'autre pneumatiquement au moyen d'une liaison pneumatique par le biais de cet insert 2. Selon l'invention, la voie de fluide sous pression s'étend, du fait d'un boîtier 8 sélectionné dans chaque cas, de manière différente en fonction du boîtier 8 respectif sélectionné, et/ou est branchée ou peut être branchée de manière différente, sur la base d'un insert 2 à 2"" sélectionné dans chaque cas, en fonction de cet insert 2 à 2"" respectif sélectionné. Le boîtier 8, dans ce cas, est sélectionné à partir d'un jeu de plusieurs boîtiers 8 présentant différents canaux de fluide sous pression, notamment des alésages, mais par ailleurs identiques ou sensiblement identiques. L'insert 2 à 2"" est sélectionné à partir d'un jeu de plusieurs inserts 2 à 2"" différents.
