An evaporator (500) and refrigerating system with said evaporator (500) are provided. The evaporator includes: a first collecting pipe (501), a second collecting pipe (502), heat exchanging pipes (503), fins (504), and a defrosting pipe (505). One end of the first collecting pipe (501) has a first refrigerant port (5010) and one end of the second collecting pipe (502) has a second refrigerant port (5020). Heat exchanging pipes (503) are connected between, and communicate with the first and the second collecting pipe. Fins (504) are arranged between adjacent heat exchanging pipes. The first end of the defrosting pipe is connected with one of the first and the second collecting pipe to be in communication with an inner portion of one of the pipes. A place in which the first end of the defrosting pipe is connected with the collecting pipe deviates from an end portion of the collecting pipe for a preset distance. With the defrosting pipe, the system presents the advantages of lower defrosting time, rapider defrosting speed, and higher operating efficiency, by using the defrosting pipe.

L'invention concerne un évaporateur (500) et un système de réfrigération équipé de cet évaporateur (500). L'évaporateur comprend : une première conduite collectrice (501), une deuxième conduite collectrice (502), des conduites d'échange thermique (503), des ailettes (504) et une conduite de dégivrage (505). Une extrémité de la première conduite collectrice (501) comporte un premier orifice pour réfrigérant (5010) et une extrémité de la deuxième conduite collectrice (502) comporte un deuxième orifice pour réfrigérant (5020). Les conduites d'échange thermique (503) sont reliées et communiquent avec la première et la deuxième conduite collectrice. Les ailettes (504) sont agencées entre des conduites d'échange thermique adjacentes. La première extrémité de la conduite de dégivrage est reliée à la première ou à la deuxième conduite collectrice pour se trouver en communication avec une partie interne d'une des conduites. Une zone au niveau de laquelle la première extrémité de la conduite de dégivrage est reliée avec la conduite collectrice dévie d'une partie terminale de la conduite collectrice d'une distance prédéterminée. En étant équipé d'une conduite de dégivrage, le système présente de nombreux avantages, à savoir une faible durée de dégivrage, une plus grande vitesse de dégivrage, une plus grande efficacité de fonctionnement, ces avantages étant liés à l'utilisation de la conduite de dégivrage.
