Abstract

The invention relates to medicine and can be used as a clinical information system. The clinical information system comprises computerized stations for an attending doctor, which stations are equipped with input/output devices and are connected by a network to a message checker with a subsystem for inputting source information about each patient, for the attending doctor to differentiate between clinical and instrumental-laboratory data to establish a diagnosis, the above-mentioned subsystem for inputting source information communicates via an exchange busbar with an information carrier subsystem which has the function of reproducing information reference material on the display of the computerized work station of the attending doctor, which reference material corresponds to the type of information input into the subsystem for inputting source information about each patient, and the above-mentioned subsystem for inputting source information is connected via a general busbar to a general medical database and to an intellectually analytical and statistical information processing unit, which communicate with each other in an information exchange mode, and to a unit for forming medical accounts.

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et peut être utilisée en qualité de système d'information clinique. Le système d'information clinique comprend des postes informatisés pour le médecin traitant qui sont équipés de dispositifs d'entrée/sortie et qui sont reliés par un réseau comprenant une unité de commande de communication à un sous-système d'entrée d'informations primaires sur chaque patient; afin que le médecin traitant puisse différencier les données cliniques et les données instrumentales et de laboratoire pour établir un diagnostic, ledit sous-système d'entrée d'informations primaires est connecté via un bus d'échange à un sous-système d'information d'appoint possédant une fonction de représentation de documents d'informations et de consultation sur un affichage du poste de travail informatique du médecin traitant correspondant au type de données entrées dans le sous-système d'entrée d'informations primaire sur chaque patient. Le sous-système d'entrée d'informations primaire est connecté par un bus commun à une base de données médicale générale et à une unité de traitement d'informations intellectuelle-analytique et statistique qui sont connectées entre elles en mode d'échange d'informations, et à une unité de génération de rapports médicaux.

Изобретение относится к медицине и может быть использовано в качестве клинической информационной системы. Клиническая информационная система содержит компьютеризированные места лечащего врача, оснащенные устройствами ввода/вывода и связанные по сети с контроллером сообщения с подсистемой ввода первичной информации о каждом пациенте, для проведения лечащим врачом дифференциации клинических и инструментально-лабораторных данных для установления диагноза указанная подсистема ввода первичной информации через обменную шину сообщена с подсистемой информационной поддержки, выполненной с функцией демонстрации информационно-справочного материала на дисплее компьютеризированного рабочего места лечащего врача, соответствующего виду сведений, введенных в подсистему ввода' первичной информации о каждом пациенте сведений, указанная подсистема ввода первичной информации связана через общую шину с общей базой медицинских данных, блоком интеллектуально-аналитической и статистической обработки информации, которые сообщены в режиме обмена информацией между собой, и блоком формирования медицинской отчетности.
