Provided is a protocol structure for a mobile station, base station, or relay station. The protocol structure comprises: a first function unit which, as a part of a media access control layer, controls and manages radio resources, and which is positioned on a control plane; and a second function unit which, as a part of the media access control layer, controls media access, and which is positioned on the control plane and data plane. The first function unit includes a variety of function blocks for supporting high reliability.

L'invention concerne une structure de protocole pour une station mobile, une station de base, ou une station relais. La structure de protocole comprend : une première unité fonctionnelle qui, en tant que partie d'une couche de contrôle d'accès au support, contrôle et gère des ressources radio, et qui est positionnée sur un plan de contrôle ; et une seconde unité fonctionnelle qui, en tant que partie de la couche de contrôle d'accès au support, contrôle l'accès au support, et qui est positionnée sur le plan de contrôle et le plan de données. La première unité fonctionnelle comprend un grand nombre de blocs fonctionnels pour assurer une fiabilité élevée.
