The present invention relates to cancer-metastasis suppression by means of increased TASK-3 potassium channel expression. It has been confirmed that cancer-cell movement and invasion can be effectively controlled by regulating the level of TASK-3 expression; and provided is a new medical use for TASK-3 as a target molecule for cancer-metastasis suppression. Provided are: a pharmaceutical composition for suppressing cancer metastasis containing, as an active ingredient, a TASK-3 protein, a gene coding for a TASK-3 protein or a recombinant expression vector comprising the gene; a cancer-metastasis suppressing method using the same; a cancer-metastasis probability predicting kit; a method for selecting a cancer-metastasis risk group by using the kit; and a screening method for cancer-metastasis suppressing agents.

L'invention concerne une suppression de métastases cancéreuses au moyen de l'expression accrue d'un canal potassique task-3. Il a été confirmé que le mouvement et l'invasion des cellules cancéreuses peuvent être effectivement maîtrisés par la régulation du niveau d'expression de task-3 ; et l'invention concerne une nouvelle utilisation médicale de task-3 en tant que molécule cible pour la suppression de métastases cancéreuses. L'invention concerne : une composition pharmaceutique pour la suppression de métastases cancéreuses contenant, en tant que principe actif, une protéine task-3, un gène codant pour une protéine task-3 ou un vecteur d'expression recombinant comprenant le gène ; un procédé de suppression de métastases cancéreuses à l'aide de ceux-ci ; une trousse de prédiction de la probabilité de métastase cancéreuse ; un procédé de sélection d'un groupe de risque de métastase cancéreuse par l'utilisation du de la trousse ; et un procédé de criblage pour la recherche d'agents de suppression de métastases cancéreuses.

본 발명은 TASK-3 칼륨 채널의 발현증가에 의한 암전이 억제에 관한 것으로, TASK-3 발현수준의 조절을 통해 암세포의 이동 및 침습을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있음을 확인하고 암전이 억제의 표적분자로서 TASK-3의 새로운 의학적 용도를 제공한다. 이에 본 발명은 TASK-3 단백질, TASK-3 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자 또는 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암전이 억제용 약학적 조성물; 이를 이용한 암전이 억제방법; 암전이 가능성 예측 키트; 상기 키트를 이용한 암전이 위험군의 선별방법; 및 암전이 억제제의 스크리닝 방법을 제공한다.
