Abstract:
(EN) Provided are silicon nanoparticles that have superior optical stability, enable site-selective cell staining, and have a chemically-modified surface. By means of chemically modifying the surface of the silicon nanoparticles using a specific compound, site-selective cell staining by silicon nanoparticles that result from a type of surface modification that could not at all have been predicted from conventional findings, have highly superior fluorescent characteristics, and achieve dispersion in water is possible.
(FR) L'invention concerne des nanoparticules de silicium qui présentent une stabilité optique supérieure, qui permettent une coloration cellulaire par sélection de site, et qui présentent une surface modifiée chimiquement. Par le biais de la modification chimique de la surface des nanoparticules de silicium utilisant un composé spécifique, la coloration cellulaire par sélection de site par des nanoparticules de silicium résultant d'un type de modification de surface que l'on aurait pas pu du tout prédire à partir de résultats classiques, présente des caractéristiques de fluorescence très élevées, et permet de réaliser une dispersion dans de l'eau.
(JA)  光安定性に優れ、部位選択的な細胞染色を可能にする、表面を化学的に修飾したシリコンナノ粒子を提供すること。シリコンナノ粒子の表面を特定の化合物で化学的に修飾することにより、水への分散を実現し、蛍光特性が非常に優れ、加えて、従来の知見では全く予想できなかった表面修飾種によるシリコンナノ粒子の部位選択的な細胞染色を可能とする。
