This plasticizing screw for injection molding is provided with a shaft, a main flight, and a sub-flight, and is installed in an injection molding machine that performs injection molding by plasticizing a thermoplastic resin starting material containing reinforcing fibers. The protrusion height of the main flight from the shaft peripheral surface is formed in a fixed manner at least at the region at which the sub-flight is provided. The sub-flight is provided with: a flat-surface section that is provided to the back-end side in the direction of winding and that has a protrusion height from the shaft peripheral surface that is fixed and lower than that of the main flight; and a tilted-surface section that is provided in a manner so as to extend continuously from the front end in the direction of winding of the flat-surface section, and that has a protrusion height from the shaft peripheral surface that gradually increases in the direction towards the front-end side in the direction of winding within a range that is lower than the main flight.

La vis de plastification pour moulage par injection de l'invention est munie d'un arbre, d'un filet principal, et d'un filet secondaire. Elle est installée dans une machine de moulage par injection qui effectue un moulage par injection en plastifiant une matière première en résine thermoplastique contenant des fibres de renfort. La hauteur de protubérance du filet principal, à partir de la surface périphérique de l'arbre, est formée de manière fixe au moins au niveau de la région accueillant le filet secondaire. Le filet secondaire comprend une section à surface plane ménagée sur le côté extrémité arrière, dans le sens d'enroulement, et la hauteur de sa protubérance à partir de la surface périphérique de l'arbre est fixe et inférieure à celle du filet principal. Le filet secondaire comprend également une section à surface inclinée disposée de manière à prolonger en continu l'extrémité avant, dans le sens d'enroulement de la section à surface plane, et dont la hauteur de la protubérance à partir de la surface périphérique de l'arbre augmente progressivement en direction du côté extrémité avant, dans le sens d'enroulement, dans une plage inférieure à celle du filet principal.

 本発明に係る射出成形用可塑化スクリュは、強化繊維を含有する熱可塑性樹脂原料を可塑化して射出成形を行う射出成形機に装備され、シャフトと、主フライトと、副フライトとを備える。シャフトの周面からの主フライトの突出高さは、少なくとも副フライトが設けられた領域で一定に形成される。副フライトは、巻回方向後端側に設けられ、シャフトの周面からの突出高さが主フライトより低く且つ一定である平坦面部と、該平坦面部の巻回方向先端から連続して延びるように設けられ、シャフトの周面からの突出高さが主フライトより低い範囲で巻回方向先端側に向かって漸次増加する傾斜面部とを備える。
