Abstract

The invention relates to a method for the dimensional inspection of a part of a composite material, including the steps of: a) providing a plurality of points (lij, Oij) to be inspected on the inner and outer surfaces of the part; b) obtaining the positional data for said points (lij, Oij) on the part made of composite material (9) held in a position that allows access to the inner and outer surfaces thereof as a first set of positional data (Wlij, WOij); c) using said first set of positional data (Wlij, WOij)and a second set of positional data (Tlij, TOi,,j) of the same points (lij, Oij) obtained from an analytical model of said part which defines the theoretical geometry thereof to calculate the deviations between said sets according to the deformations to which the part made of composite material (9) is exposed in said position. The invention also relates to a work station (11) for carrying out the method.

Método de inspección dimensional de una pieza de material compuesto que comprende pasos para: a) Proporcionar varios puntos (l¡j, O¡j) a ser inspeccionados en sus superficies interior y exterior; b) Obtener los datos posicionales de dichos puntos (l¡j, O¡j) en la pieza fabricada de material compuesto (9) mantenida en una posición que permite el acceso a sus superficies interior y exterior como un primer conjunto de datos posicionales (Wl¡j, WO¡j); c) Utilizar dicho primer conjunto de datos posicionales (Wl¡j, WO¡j y un segundo conjunto de datos posicionales (Tl¡j, TO¡,,j) de los mismos puntos (l¡j, O¡j) obtenido de un modelo analítico de dicha pieza que define su geometría teórica para calcular las desviaciones entre ellos teniendo en cuenta las deformaciones sufridas por la pieza fabricada con material compuesto (9) en dicha posición. La invención también se refiere a una espación de trabajo (1 1 ) para llevar a cabo el método.

Selon l'invention, un procédé d'inspection des dimensions d'une pièce en matériau composite comprend les étapes consistant à: a) fournir divers points (l¡j, O¡j) à inspecter sur les surfaces interne et externe de ladite pièce; b) obtenir les données de position desdits points (l¡j, O¡j) sur la pièce fabriquée en matériau composite (9) maintenue dans une position qui permet l'accès à ses surfaces interne et externe, tel qu'un premier ensemble de données de position (Wl¡j, WO¡j); c) utiliser ce premier ensemble de données de position (Wl¡j, WO¡j) et un second ensemble de données de position (Tl¡j, TO¡,,j) des mêmes points (l¡j, O¡j) obtenu d'un modèle analytique de ladite pièce qui définit sa géométrie théorique pour calculer les écarts entre lesdits points, les déformations subies par la pièce fabriquée avec le matériau composite (9), dans ladite position, étant prises en compte. La présente invention concerne également une station de travail (11) permettant la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
