Die Erfindung betrifft ein Spritzgießwerkzeug und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mehrkomponentenformteilen. Das erfindungsgemäße Spritzgießwerkzeug umfasst mindestens drei in Längsrichtung des Spritzgießwerkzeugs aufeinanderfolgend angeordnete Produktionsebenen (06, 07, 08), wobei mindestens eine der Produktionsebenen (06, 07, 08) zum Spritzgießen dient. Das Spritzgießwerkzeug beinhaltet eine erste und eine zweite Formhälfte (01, 02), eine zwischen der ersten und zweiten Formhälfte (01, 02) in Längsrichtung des Spritzgießwerkzeugs verschiebbar angeordnete dritte Formhälfte (03), eine zwischen der zweiten und der dritten Formhälfte (01, 03) angeordnete, um eine winklig zur Längsrichtung stehende Drehachse drehbare und in Längsrichtung verschiebbare vierte Formhälfte (04) sowie mindestens eine Handlingeinrichtung (10, 11) zum Transport von Komponenten (13, 14, 15) des Mehrkomponentenformteils zwischen den Produktionsebenen (06, 07, 08). Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren kann mit einem derartigen Spritzgießwerkzeug ausgeführt werden.

The invention relates to an injection mould and a method for producing multi-component moulded parts. The injection mould according to the invention comprises at least three production levels (06, 07, 08), which are arranged in succession in the longitudinal direction of the injection mould, at least one of the production levels (06, 07, 08) serving for the injection moulding. The injection mould comprises a first and a second mould half (01, 02), a third mould half (03), which is arranged movably in the longitudinal direction of the injection mould between the first and second mould halves (01, 02), a fourth mould half (04), which is arranged between the second and third mould halves (01, 03), can be turned about an axis of rotation at an angle to the longitudinal direction and can be moved in the longitudinal direction, and also at least one handling device (10, 11) for transporting components (13, 14, 15) of the multi-component moulded part between the production levels (06, 07, 08). The method according to the invention can be performed with such an injection mould.

L'invention concerne un outil de moulage par injection et un procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées multicomposantes. L'outil de moulage par injection selon l'invention comprend au moins trois plans de production (06, 07, 08) agencés successivement dans la direction longitudinale de l'outil de moulage par injection, au moins un des plans de production (06, 07, 08) servant au moulage par injection. L'outil de moulage par injection comprend une première et une deuxième moitié de moule (01, 02), une troisième moitié de moule (03) agencée entre la première et la deuxième moitié de moule (01, 02) de manière déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale de l'outil de moulage par injection, une quatrième moitié de moule (04) agencée entre la deuxième et la troisième moitié de moule (01, 03), rotative autour d'un axe de rotation disposé à un angle par rapport à la direction longitudinale et déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale, ainsi qu'au moins un dispositif de manipulation (10, 11) pour le transport de composants (13, 14, 15) de la pièce moulée multicomposante entre les plans de production (06, 07, 08). Le procédé selon l'invention peut être réalisé avec un tel outil de moulage par injection.
