Die Erfindung betrifft eine multifunktionale Vorrichtung und deren Verwendung zur chromatographischen, insbesondere zur affinitätschromatographischen Auftrennung eines Stoffgemisches, die eine gleichmäßige Fluidverteilung auf dem Trennmedium und eine gleichmäßige Durchströmung der stationären Phase ermöglicht, indem das zu trennende Fluid über eine radiale Zuleitung im oberen Teilbereich der Vorrichtung bis zu dessen Zentrum geführt wird, wobei sich die radiale Zuleitung im Zentrum kuppelförmig erweitert.

The invention relates to a multifunctional device and to the use thereof for the chromatographic separation, in particular for the affinity chromatographic separation, of a substance mixture, whereby a uniform fluid distribution on the separating medium and a uniform flow through the stationary phase are made possible by guiding the fluid to be separated via a radial feed line in the upper portion of the device to the centre thereof, wherein the radial feed line widens in a dome shape in the centre.

Dispositif multifonctionnel et son utilisation pour la séparation chromatographique, en particulier par chromatographie d'affinité, d'un mélange de substances, qui permet une répartition homogène du fluide sur le milieu de séparation et un écoulement homogène à travers la phase fixe, du fait que le fluide à séparer est introduit par une conduite d'amenée radiale dans la partie supérieure du dispositif, jusqu'au centre de ce dernier, la conduite d'amenée radiale s'élargissant au centre en forme de dôme.
