The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for delayed release of a TBF. The method includes: setting a delayed release time of a TBF connection according to the network load of a cell and/or the packet service type carried by the TBF connection; the TBF connection entering a delayed release state after data transmission through the TBF connection is completed; and releasing the TBF connection at the network side if the duration of the delayed release state of the TBF connection reaches t. The method or device provided by the embodiments of the present invention can use the network resources more effectively.

Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé et un dispositif de libération retardée d'un flux de blocs temporaire (TBF). Le procédé consiste à : définir un temps de libération retardée d'une connexion TBF selon la charge du réseau d'une cellule et/ou le type de service de paquets réalisé par la connexion TBF ; la connexion TBF entre dans un état de libération retardée une fois que la transmission de données par le biais de la connexion est TBF terminée ; et libérer la connexion TBF au niveau du côté réseau, si la durée de l'état de libération retardée de la connexion TBF atteint t. Le procédé ou le dispositif prévu par les modes de réalisation de la présente invention peut ainsi utiliser les ressources du réseau plus efficacement.
