Abstract

Disclosed is a circulating fluidized bed boiler. The circulating fluidized bed boiler comprises: a hearth, enclosed by a water cooled wall, a ceiling, and an air distribution plate, in which the water cooled wall forms a front and rear wall and a left and right side wall (AJ, TK) through water wall tubes, a secondary tuyere (Y) is disposed in a lower part of the water cooled wall, and hearth flue gas outlets (AB, EF, IJ, KL, OP, ST) are disposed in an upper part of the hearth; at least two cyclone separators, connected to the flue gas outlets (AB, EF, IJ, KL, OP, ST); a refeeder, connected to solid outlets of the cyclone separators and a lower part of the hearth respectively; and a tail duct, connected to flue gas outlets of the cyclone separators. The water wall tubes of the water cooled wall forms at least one vertical pillar-shaped recessed segment (BCDE, FGHI, SRQP, ONML) recessed toward the inside of the hearth, and the pillar-shaped recessed segment (BCDE, FGHI, SRQP, ONML) extends by at least 15% of the height of the hearth in a vertical direction.

L'invention porte sur une chaudière à lit fluidisé circulant. La chaudière à lit fluidisé circulant comprend un foyer, entouré d'une paroi refroidie par l'eau, un ciel et une plaque de distribution d'air, la paroi refroidie par l'eau formant une paroi avant et une paroi arrière ainsi qu'une paroi latérale gauche et une paroi latérale droite (AJ, TK) grâce à des tubes de paroi d'eau, une tuyère secondaire (Y) étant disposée dans une partie inférieure de la paroi refroidie par l'eau, et des sorties de gaz de fumée de foyer (AB, EF, IJ, KL, OP, ST) étant disposées dans une partie supérieure du foyer ; au moins deux séparateurs à cyclone, reliés aux sorties de gaz de fumée (AB, EF, IJ, KL, OP, ST) ; un redistributeur, relié à des sorties de solides des séparateurs à cyclone et à une partie inférieure du foyer, respectivement ; et un conduit arrière relié aux sorties de gaz de fumée des séparateurs à cyclone.
