Abstract
(EN) High strength non-oriented electric steel having higher magnetic flux density and manufacture method thereof are disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: 1) smelting and casting, wherein the electric steel, having the components (in wt%) as follows: C ≤0.0040%, Si 2.50-4.00%, Al 0.20-0.80%, Cr 1.0-8.0%, Ni 0.5-5.0%, Mn ≤0.50%, P ≤ 0.30%, S ≤0.0020%, N ≤ 0.0030%, Ti ≤0.0030%, Nb ≤0.010%, V ≤ 0.010%, C+S+N+Ti: ≤0.010% and balance Fe, is subjected to smelting, RH vacuum process and casting; 2) hot rolling; 3) normalizing at a temperature of 850-950℃ for 0.5-3min, followed by slow cooling to 650-750℃ at a speed of 5-15℃/s and rapid cooling to a temperature below 100℃ at a speed of 20-70℃/s; 4) acid cleaning and cold rolling, wherein the total pressure reduction rate is not less than 70%; 5) annealing at a temperature of 800-1000℃, and keeping for 5-60s, then slow cooling to 650-750℃ at a speed of 3-10℃/s and rapid cooling to a temperature below 100℃ at a speed of 20-70℃/s. High strength non-oriented electric steel having high magnetic performance is produced by this method without raising manufacture difficulties.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acier électrique non orienté à haute résistance avec une induction magnétique supérieure, et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : 1) fusion et coulée, où l'acier électrique comportant les composants suivants : C ≤ 0,0040 %, Si 2,50-4,00 %, Al 0,20-0,80 %, Cr 1,0-8,0 %, Ni 0,5-5,0 %, Mn ≤ 0,50 %, P ≤ 0,30 %, S ≤ 0,0020 %, N ≤ 0,0030 %, Ti ≤ 0,0030 %, Nb ≤ 0,010 %, V ≤ 0,010 %, C+S+N+Ti ≤ 0,010 %, le solde étant du fer, est soumis à une fusion, un procédé de dégazage RH sous vide et une coulée; 2) laminage à chaud; 3) normalisation à une température de 850-950 °C pendant 0,5-3 min, puis refroidissement lent jusqu'à 650-750 °C à une vitesse de 5-15 °C/s, et refroidissement rapide jusqu'à une température inférieure à 100 °C à une vitesse de 20-70 °C/s; 4) nettoyage acide et laminage à froid, où le taux de réduction de la pression totale est supérieur ou égal à 70 %; 5) recuit à une température de 800-1000 °C, et maintien pendant 5-60 s, puis refroidissement lent jusqu'à 650-750 °C à une vitesse de 3-10 °C/s, et refroidissement rapide jusqu'à une température inférieure à 100 °C à une vitesse de 20-70 °C/s. Un acier électrique non orienté à haute résistance avec une induction magnétique élevée peut être obtenu par ce procédé sans ajouter de difficultés supplémentaires à la fabrication.
