Abstract
(EN)
An annealing separation agent for producing grain-oriented silicon steel with smooth surface and good magnetic property comprises (in weight %): Al2O3 powder 77-98%, alkaline earth oxide powder 1-8% and alkali metal chloride and/or alkaline earth metal chloride 1-15%. The annealing separation agent in the invention can avoid forming glassy film on the surface of the steel plate during high-temperature annealing process and remove the embedded oxide near the surface of substrate by the corrosion reaction of chloride, so that the products with smooth surface and stable magnetic property is obtained.

L'invention porte sur un agent de séparation de recuit pour la production d'acier au silicium à grains orientés présentant une surface lisse et une bonne propriété magnétique, comprenant (en % en poids) : 77-98 % de poudre d'Al2O3, 1-8 % de poudre d'oxyde de métal alcalinoterreux et 1-15 % de chlorure de métal alcalin et/ou de chlorure de métal alcalinoterreux. L'agent de séparation de recuit de l'invention permet d'éviter la formation de film vitreux sur la surface de la tôle d'acier pendant le processus de recuit à haute température et d'enlever l'oxyde incrusté à proximité de la surface du substrat par la réaction de corrosion de chlorure, de sorte que les produits présentant une surface lisse et une propriété magnétique stable soient obtenus.
