Abstract

An alumina/graphite composite ceramic material comprises alumina ceramic material and graphite powder, wherein the mass ratio of alumina ceramic material and graphite powder is 100:5~100:15, and the alumina ceramic material comprises alumina powder, talcum powder, wollastonite powder, and barium carbonate powder at the mass ratio of 100:10~20:10~20:1~5. An LED light source utilizing the alumina/graphite composite ceramic material as substrate comprises a heat-dissipating substrate, metal wirings (6) printed on the heat-dissipating substrate, an LED chip (1) packaged on the heat-dissipating substrate, fluorescent powder (5) and an optical lens (2), wherein the heat-dissipating substrate is an alumina/graphite composite ceramic substrate (3), metal conductive layers (6) are printed on the composite ceramic substrate (3), and the LED chip (1) is directly mounted on the composite ceramic substrate (3).

L'invention concerne un matériau céramique composite en alumine/graphite comprenant un matériau céramique en alumine et une poudre de graphite, le rapport massique du matériau céramique en alumine et de la poudre de graphite étant de 100:5~100:15, et le matériau céramique en alumine comprenant de la poudre d'alumine, de la poudre de talc, de la poudre de wollastonite et de la poudre de carbonate de baryum dans le rapport massique de 100:10~20:10~20:1~5. Une source lumineuse LED utilisant le matériau céramique composite en alumine/graphite comme substrat comprend un substrat de dissipation de la chaleur, des câblages métalliques (6) imprimés sur le substrat de dissipation de la chaleur, une puce LED (1) placée sur le substrat de dissipation de la chaleur, une poudre fluorescente (5) et une lentille optique (2), le substrat de dissipation de la chaleur étant un substrat (3) céramique composite en alumine/graphite, des couches conductrices métalliques (6) étant imprimées sur le substrat (3) en céramique composite, et la puce LED (1) étant montée directement sur le substrat (3) en céramique composite.
