The present invention relates to a C-arylglucoside derivative of Formula (I) below, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, wherein X, R1, R2, R3, R4, m and n are as defined in specification. The derivative of the present invention is a sodium-glucose co-transporters 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitor associated with glucose reabsorption of bowel or kidney, and has a good urine glucose excreting effect, thus being useful as a therapeutic agent for treating diabetes and related diseases.

La présente invention porte sur un dérivé de C-arylglucoside de formule (I) ci-dessous, sur son procédé de préparation et sur son utilisation, dans laquelle formule X, R1, R2, R3, R4, m et n sont tels que définis dans la description. Le dérivé de la présente invention est un inhibiteur de co-transporteurs de sodium-glucose de type 2 (SGLT-2) associé à la réabsorption de glucose des intestins ou des reins et a un bon effet d'excrétion de glucose dans l'urine, et donc il est utile en tant qu'agent thérapeutique pour le traitement du diabète et de maladies apparentées.
