A switching mechanism of a clamp includes clamping plates (1) and crank arm mechanisms (2). The upper ends of crank arm mechanisms (2) are connected with a common hanger beam (9). The upper part of the hanger beam (9) is equipped with a guide chute (10) where slidable insert plates (3) are arranged. Each insert plate (3) has a key-shape groove (4) composed of a long strip hole and a large round hole. The hanger beam (9) is provided with a hydraulic driving unit (6) which can drive the insert plates (3) moving. One support rod (5) is provided in the groove (4) of each insert plate (3) and a boss (7) is formed on the upper end of each support rod (5). The diameter of the boss (7) is greater than the width of the long strip hole and less than the diameter of the large round hole. The lower end of each support rod (5) is connected with a set of clamping plates (1) through a short connecting rod (11). The mechanism has a simple structure and a low manufacturing cost. The mechanism is not influenced by the height error of carbon blocks during the operation, thereby being easy to operate and difficult to damage.

Un mécanisme de commutation d'un dispositif de serrage comprend des plaques de serrage (1) et des mécanismes à bras de manivelle (2). Les extrémités supérieures des mécanismes à bras de manivelle (2) sont reliées à une poutre de suspension commune (9). La partie supérieure de la poutre de suspension (9) est équipée d'une goulotte de guidage (10) où des plaques de renfort coulissantes (3) sont agencées. Chaque plaque de renfort (3) comporte une rainure en forme de clavette (4) composée d'un long trou de bande et d'un grand trou rond. La poutre de suspension (9) est dotée d'une unité d'entraînement hydraulique (6) qui peut entraîner le déplacement des plaques de renfort (3). Une tige de support (5) est disposée dans la rainure (4) de chaque plaque de renfort (3) et une bosse (7) st formée sur l'extrémité supérieure de chaque tige de support (5). Le diamètre de la bosse (7) est plus grand que la largeur du long trou de bande et inférieur au diamètre du grand trou rond. L'extrémité inférieure de chaque tige de support (5) est reliée à un ensemble de plaques de serrage (1) par le biais d'une courte tige de liaison (11). Le mécanisme présente une structure simple et a un faible coût de fabrication. Le mécanisme n'est pas influencé par l'erreur de hauteur de blocs de carbone pendant le fonctionnement, ce qui le rend facile d'utilisation et difficile à endommager.
